I love the staff here because I was looking for a certain item when I came in and they were helpful in trying to help me find it so I was trying to find the new Coca-Cola Oreos and they told me that they had saw them and we're trying to help me find it and I ended up finding something else I was looking for but I couldn't find the item but they were still helpful and after I checked out the lady that was working at the counter told me that I could go to somewhere else to find it which was very helpful I definitely think that she should deserve a raise and also the lady that helped me.

I don't know why I haven't done this sooner. Due to my son's insurance we aren't able to go to the pharmacy at CVS so we have to go to the terrible place. If you can help it AVOID this pharmacy at all cost. They constantly lie about receiving the prescription from the Dr. Office. The wait time for a prescription is ridiculous. Sometimes if I don't need the medicine right away, I'll wait until the end of the day to pick up or the next day. I kid you not, IT STILL WON'T BE READY. I don't know if this is all due to being understaffed or what because this has been going on five years that I have experienced this terrible customer service. I don't want to sound like I am just completely hating on this place because I have had a few good experiences there as well. But I can count the good experiences on one hand vs the bad experiences that I couldn't count on both hands or toes. If you want to save yourself the frustration, just go somewhere else. We are going to have to figure something out because no family should have to wait this long on their sick child's medicine.

Generally speaking, things hv gone smoothly there for getting my meds filled quickly & efficiently. There are several staff members who are extremely nice & helpful, & even know my name before I even hv to tell them! It's is so much better dealing with Walgreens than their competitor right across the street, whichI shall stay un-named.....

Had to drive there 3 different times to fill an inhaler, then they filled it at the one on 46, but I get there and it's not filled. You've lost my service. I'll be going to CVS from now on.

This pharmacy used to be very good and helpful but the last several times I’ve picked up prescriptions they have been rude, unhelpful and out of basic medications that other pharmacies have. Switching to Kroger.

Do not get a package that requires a signature sent here. No employee working there knows how to handle it. They are too content saying "its not here" and wanting to shoo you off. Also, no one there is trained to deal with looking at the Fedex app where everything is tracked and scanned. They are also too out of touch with technology to be of any use in that department. Nice modern, clean store, but the staff is too old to be helpful with some things.

All staff not good every time rude behaviour not provide good service I give the reward -0 because am send my money to uae nd my receiver cannot revived the money and I tell the wallgreen staff member to this problem but she can’t help me every time am going to morning time and I send my money but staff member tell me every time system is not in work nd I tell plz tell me which time system work ? She tell me I don’t know but she s remember 8am system work know but she can’t help can’t help me and can’t tell me truth every time waste my time and am face many prblm very very bad wallgreeen am not visit again in future
