I've heard nothing but great things about Voelz, but my experience was awful. I went to get a free estimate, which went great. I had great customer service and everything was explained. I was told I would get a call back in a few days to set up a day/time to drop it off. I heard nothing for weeks. I called 6 plus times over a span of 3 weeks with a reply of "It's next on my list to call, can I have your number." Finally, after the multiple times of calling, I was set up with a day and time. My business was treated more as an inconvenience than wanting a customer. I was uneasy doing business with them based on this awful communication and being blown off, but I went ahead and dropped off my truck. I was told 3 days for the service. Not an issue, that's fine. To my surprise, no one had contacted me on day 4. I called 2 different times with the same saying "your rep is busy. I will call you back in 30 minutes." Guess who didn't call back? So, I called again, as I live more than an hour away, I needed to know when I could pick up my truck, so I could get a ride. Finally, I received an answer after calling again, that it hadn't even been started and might be done the next day. Had this been communicated with me I would have been okay with it. I ended up having my husband handle it from there just from the disrespect of not communicating with me about picking up my truck and being treated as an inconvenience. I will not be coming back or be recommending them to anyone. The headache of having to call repeatedly and being treated as an inconvenience is not worth anyones business.

I had a wonderful experience with the team, I pulled out my engine's splash cover underneath the car and it was trailing noisily along the road. I called and spoke to Doug who was really courteous and welcoming over the phone and asked me to bring it in for a proper look. Doug took a look and agreed to help me squeeze it into the schedule as I was stranded. He inspected it and discussed the issue with me. Even when I opted for a quick temporary fix afterwards, he helped me hook it up, with some new screws and zip ties at no charge!! I really appreciate Doug taking time out to help me with my car, as I was really worried. I am very grateful for the experience. While I hope not to have any more car issues ....haha I will happily come back here if I need to and will also recommend anyone to Voelz Body shop as they are amazing!!!

I have a camaro 2011. I always took care of my car since I bought it almost brand new and on April 3,2024, in the Cole Parking garage in downtown Columbus a foolish person intentionally scratched my car from front light to tail light on the passenger side. My neighboor, a very nice guy, told me to talk to Grant. I did it. I was almost crying to see my car like that and Grant was very honest. Instead of going ahead a suggesting to paint the whole passenger side of my car, he recommended to wet sand. But he was clear, telling me that eventually something from the damage could remain. He did a great job, almost everything was removed but not all, because the foolish was too mean and it was too deep in few spots! I will see if I can live with the remains of the scratch and if I decide to repaint I will have Grant doing that for me. His transparency and honesty are remarkable.

I had an issue with my car's hood not shutting and engaging the lock completely. After struggling for hours, I took the car to Voelz and they fixed it in minutes. They literally saved my day.

replaced front bumper on my 99 white corvette conv. several years ago. car is garage queen, has about 40 miles since work was done it was over $1100. dollars. the paint is starting to fall off in several places car has absolutely not been in a accident, very disappointing.Services: Painting

Absolutely best experience! An unknown person hit my car. I had gotten an estimate from a body shop in a nearby town for $1,641. I was in Columbus on a rainy day and thought I'd just stop by and get a second estimate at Voelz's. So glad I did! Spoke to Greg and he immediately rubbed out most of it and said if I stopped by on a dry day he would touch the paint up...all of this for free! So refreshing to know there are businesses with such nice people like this still around. My week was made and I am recommending Voelz Body Shop to everyone I see. What great and honest people!

Wonderful experience! The employees are very inviting and seem to enjoy their job. My car came out ahead of schedule looking brand new. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a body shop.

My car was hit in a parking lot with the person taking off. I took my car to Voelz and Grant noticed most of the damage was just transfer paint from the other car. He took my car in immediately, polished the paint off and used touch up paint to fill in the area that my paint was scuffed. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes and he didn't charge me anything. I will forever recommend Voelz to my friends and will never use another repair shop. Amazing experience.Service: Body & Trim
