Very bad customer service. My wife and I went to buy a phone and the guy told us, "We'll help you right now." It turns out that they helped 3 people who arrived after us, and we were still waiting until we realized that no one was going to help us, and that's when we got the message that they were going to help us in about 10 minutes. We left because it was very rude of them to leave us waiting there.

The Verizon store in Columbus IN has a individual named Erica who is rude to customers, laughs at them while standing at the door and points her finger so everyone knows who she is talking about. I went in to get help after my phone got hacked and my apps were also messed up including my Facebook. She took my phone and called my number and said your phone is fine and didnt want to help me at all. She said she can't help. She is very unprofessional at her job and should be made to take customer service training indefinitely. If you don't like being in customer service maybe she needs a job picking up trash. So when you go into the verizon store make sure you tell them you don't want her to wait on you. Don't care if she is on commission that's no reason to treat customers the way she does. The store manager better get a grip on her or show her the door. My husband and I deserve better treatment then we deserve when we needed the help.

I would like to give a huge shout out Adam from the Columbus Indiana store. He was helpful for more then one appointment with us. We had weird questions and it took forever- he was still so awesome and patience! I would recommend him! Thanks Adam for your great customer service!

I don’t even want to give this place one star ! They are rude, confrontational and act like you are stupid!!! The minute we expressed the trouble we were having and what we needed the gentleman went in full force attack mode ! Verizon needs to address this store’s customer service. I observed rudeness throughout.

Our household has 2 different accounts with Verizon. So when one account was having problems I went to my local store. Which was Seymour location. Seymour didn't want to help me, and gave me the run around. So I traveled to Columbus that's 21 miles from my home to find better service. When I came to Columbus I had my guard up, and was defensive because of the way the Seymour treated me. My goal was to get a SIM card and active line. My specialist Josh S. Greeted me with open arms and help me not only get my SIM card going after online ordering messed that up. But walked out the door with 3 new active lines. Josh saved the day. I appreciated him so much! So snuck a picture so you know who you need to find as you are in good hands with him.

Inept and extremely rude management. All I needed was a SIM card for my 4g camera, a camera identical to the one I activated with Verizon Wireless, at different branch, three months earlier. They said they did not know how and refused to call for help. Took no time at all once I called Verizon myself. Wasted 2 hours in Columbus.

I'm fairly certain the rep that helped us was new and had no idea what they were talking about. I've been with Verizon since the late 1990s and based on this experience switched to Xfinity.
