Very over priced, poor customer service, and false advertisement! Charged me full price for a wash even after I asked what the price would be for veteran discount. Apparently it’s only for monthly membership and the discount isn’t much. Ok so Mr/Mrs owner has responded to my post and Ty so much for doing so. There are some issues here though. First of all I’m not an idiot! Secondly I’m not a liar. Third of all I’m a veteran and the fact that treat me as if I were the first two should tell everyone everything they need to know about you and your business. So since you seem to know so much and all this can be explained away with simple excuses, then maybe you can explain your “competitive pricing” of which it is not because I can get the a months membership at a competitor for their best wash for the same price I paid you for just one wash. And their wash includes everything your wash includes! Plus they offer a station that provides me with rags, window cleaner, dash cleaner, and the smell goods all free of charge. Now, you can also explain if you offer a military discount, based upon your argument, how did I not receive one? Here let me show you my receipt. Ok so wait, I did see that you admitted the veteran discount is only for the monthly membership which is what I said in my initial post! So now let me ask you. If your way of making things right is to attack customers and make excuses, how in the world do you expect them to become monthly members? It’s ok Sir/Madam, you carry on. I tried your wash and this is where it led to. I will continue to use your competitors wash and you will be out of business soon. Good luck, hope things get better for you in the future

I've been to 3 different car washes in the last 2 weeks and this one is the best!! Got my WHOLE car clean! All the others failed to get the bottom of my car clean! Great job!

We have multiple gift cards recd & purchased for various occasions and liked buying 4 washes, receive 1 or 2 free w purchase.... have not been able to use them as Top Dog has been closed for many months "due to maintenance" with no updates to the public. Used to stop in occasionally to find out when it would reopen now unable to gain any info. Sad. We've moved our business to Kind Car Wash. Best thing to happen to Columbus.. really frustrated with throwing $$ away at TD.

I complained to the Indiana Attorney General when Top Dog failed to honor gift cards. These cards had Top Dog logos on them and I had used them prior to the car wash being closed most of the winter. They told the Attorney General that they decide each case at the time. This tells me they have cheated other people.In any case they are still not honoring their gift cards.Here's their reply:To Whom This Concerns, I received a letter from the Indiana State Attorney General's office regarding the above case number. After reviewing the complaint this is what happened. We have situations like this that occur occasionally and after speaking with the customer at that time a decision is made from that discussion. There is no way to remember one customer, what was discussed and what the outcome was. We do not just turn customers away; we have guidelines and adhere to them so that all customers are treated equally. We purchased Top Dog Carwash in January of 2022. We have no way to verify purchases, amounts purchased, services prices have changed. In November 2022 our carwash was struck by lightning and the carwash automatic tunnel has been down (not operating) ever since. Agreed situations like this are unfortunate and we apologize for the inconvenience to each customer each time it occurs. Sincerely, George Cronk (General Manager)

Our car wash has not been open forever! No closed sign and u have to pull off 4 lane traffic to find it's closed.my husband and i both have wash cards as gifts.
