Very nice and friendly gym. There are many machines and a large variety of machines. The gym is very well-lit and supports many training styles.The only issue I have is that, more recently, it does get warm sometimes.

This gym has great ownership, good people, all the equipment you can ask for and more. Highly recommend for all ages.
