Rent from here with caution! I was told I would get a prorated amount back if it was after they received their monthly payment. When I spoke to them he told me that wasn’t correct. So 3 days after they got their money they refuse to prorate me anything back. Their customer service is terrible.

Derrick was very friendly and helpful. Express Storage has been the best storage facility i have used. They have been more than very accommodating with any needs or concerns we have had and have been more than helpful with anything we've needed. Derrick helped us especially when we had a problem with payment processing and made sure our unit was in good condition and remained safe and bug free.

Derick was super helpful and drove me to my unit when I couldn’t find it. He also swept my unit out for me. Super nice.

Raised prices, without notice. $150, up to 200$! Be careful. Otherwise, nothing to crazy about this place.

It was decent. Had to literally clean it before we could move anything into it. Had a dead snake in it and a mouse. But I guess that's to be expected

I have rented the storage for the first time in the process is super easy and smooth.Jeremy was very helpful and guided through the entire process quickly and with complete ease. Kudos to the staff and the people who made this seamless process!!

works good for us but not a big fan of the chain lek fence between units . the one next to us is a mess with guns laying lose .

Everything was fine until ownership changed, and they started charging double what we originally rented a unit for. We got everything out the first day of the month, and they didn't refund us any for that month. Not even half.
