Great place! Rented a unit for 4 years; never had issues with management, the facility is always well maintained, and the move in/move out process was smooth. I'm only rating 4 stars because price has gone up pretty drastically over the past couple of years, but tbh, the price of everything has so I can't fault them much. Would definitely recommend to someone looking for a storage unit!

They hv nicely lit, secure areas that seem very well maintained. They do hv excellent customer service, & easy to pay options. My ONLY complaint is that it is WAY too expensive to rent a unit. Iv been a customer for 6 yrs, & the prices just keep going up.If I had the ability right now, I would find another facility much cheaper.

Seems very pricey for a tiny storage locker, but the facilities are nice & secure.

Difficult to load unload in most unit's not 24 hour accessible if there is other people trying to get to there unit you might have a trouble getting to it but otherwise well kept secure storage and they well work with you nice people to rent storage from.

This is my 2nd time going to storage express in my times of need and both times they were helpful and friendly and went out of the way to find me the best space for the least amount of money down , I will definitely call them whenever I need some extra space to safely store my things at!
