“We rented a space there for I think it was a little over 2 or 3 years and the two times I had to call to speak to someone (when booking and moving out) they were always professional and kind. We never had to worry about our things that we were storing there and they had everything set up for the water to drain away from the units and away to the drains. We had 0 damaged items over our time there! Overall it was a great experience and I would recommend them if you are in need of a secure storage facility!!”
“Great place! Rented a unit for 4 years; never had issues with management, the facility is always well maintained, and the move in/move out process was smooth. I'm only rating 4 stars because price has gone up pretty drastically over the past couple of years, but tbh, the price of everything has so I can't fault them much. Would definitely recommend to someone looking for a storage unit!”

“Storage unit was available when I needed it. Not as clean as what I expected, so I covered the entire floor in diatomaceous earth & glue traps at the door to catch crickets. They made a mistake on my move out date by 4 months. They gave me the refunds for those 4 months to make things right. They really do call you and try to make things right if you've missed payments. I would highly recommend them, their prices can't be beat, and they are human and ready to serve. Thank you, Ogle Storage!”
