The girl at the customer service desk was not friendly she wouldn't even respond, she got attitude when I asked why pop corn was cold and bad tasting almost gone asking her to make new, she turned her back and walked away, we also asked for her to page my father he is old we couldn't find him any where in the store she did nothing , , so i will never go back to that store ever again you lost all my money for life thanks alot...

Love the store but could only find app for employees. Website is useless to look up in-stock items.

Thank you rural king for your kind attention. I have gone three times with my puppy to look for products for her and I have bought some more things and they have been very professional and Attention two weeks ago I bought my dog collar and protector too

Got chickens, but wait was very long. Dude running the cash register only sort of knew how to do it. Got a chicken with only one eye, but the cuteness of the chickens made up for it.

I’m just so sick of this place being aloud to have chicks every time I have came in here a lot of them are out of water and food like they have been out for a day or more and you can always find at least one chick dead every time. I’m a farmer and I raise my chickens to feed us but this is inhumane. If they can’t take care of the chicks then they shouldn’t have them just like if someone wasn’t taking care of their animals at home then they would be turned in.

Worst Rural King I have ever been to. Every Rural King in surrounding areas always have pretty much anything you need but this location always seems to be out of stock of everything. Normally, I try to be understanding but some items stay out of stock for months and there have been several times when an entire aisle is almost completely wiped out and again, it will stay like that for a while. I try to use this location as much as possible because it is local but anymore it is just a waste of time. God forbid you ask any of the employees to check in the back for any stock. 9/10 times you will get an attitude or they just won’t even go look but most times a combination of the two. I just give up on trying to even use this store. Not sure if they are terrible at ordering new merchandise or if they just let it pile up in the back and never put it on the shelf.

I was looking for unique fittings to replace a faucet in my RV. Along came Dylan to assist me. After 4 trips back to store, he nailed it. His persistent quest to get me the proper fittings were above and beyond. Thank you Dylan

Other friends have told me how they loved going to Rural King so on one of my shopping trips I went there . I loved the store! I got a nice coat and also a jacket on clearance. I will definitely be going again! Awesome place!

Crowded aisles with stock not processed. Automotive section was sparse. Not near the selection previously noted. Good prices on firearms. Weak ad compared to other stores.
