This was the best hotel we stayed in our entire trip. Friendly staff and very clean. We had to stay an extra night due to storms and it was so easy thanks to the front desk people. The 3 front desk staff that were there were friendly and accommodating.Nearby activities: Downtown Columbus looks like a neat town with an activity area for kids.Noteworthy details: Pool area was very nice with a hot tub. Also has an outdoor basketball court and a grill in the courtyard. We had a 2 room suite with kitchen and living room area. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils.

Hotel just isn’t clean. Staff was nice but unwilling to change the situation.We checked in around 8p after spending 6 hours in the car with young kids. We had been traveling for 5 days and this was our 3rd hotel of the trip and only Marriott property (the others were Hilton properties) Check in process was done online and front desk had everything waiting on us.We got to the room and it was okay at first glance. I got unpacked and we ate dinner in the room. I noticed how much wear and tear the room had. This hotel really needs at minimum a deep clean or even better a full refresh. There were dirty dishes in the dishwasher and the kitchen floor felt sticky.I noticed a heavy urine smell from the bathroom. I went to the fronts to discuss and was given Lysol wipes when he didn’t seem to have a solution. I cleaned the toilet and floor so my family could use the facilities.The beds are so old. Be prepared to fall into the middle of the bed and move with every motion your partner makes on their side.The pool and hot tub area is unbearably hot. But the pool is quite cold. My kids did swim a bit. Compared to the last 2 Hilton properties we stayed in, this one was not even close to as clean or warm as theirs.Would I stay here again? Nope. There is a Hilton property just a block away - Home2 and it’s much newer. Wish I would have booked there.Rooms: Very dated. Don’t expect USB plugs. Beds are worn and thin. A/c and heat are very loud and need constant adjusting.

Still makes you stop by front desk to check in and doesn’t utilize mobile key and check in like Marriott is supposed to offer.

Great Location next to the highway, but far enough so there is no noise. A lot of options to eat around. Stuff is very friendly and always helpful. They did not have any issues with my 2 PM late checkout either (scheduled ahead). The rooms are clean and specious. Kitchen is well equipped and has plates and silverware. The gym is pretty standard, however it’s clean with the towels and sanitizing wipes present and water. I like the patent that TV can be rotated 360 degree. Great advantage is the pool and hot tub indoors. Totally can recommend this Hotel.

Enjoyed our room; we chose a studio that included a fridge, microwave and kitchenette that was adequate for meal prep and relaxation. Great breakfast and outdoor facilities if you get bored or need to stretch. Comfortable stay, highly recommend.

Blood, hairs,stains, dirt, and possible mold in bathroom. The counter tops are unfinished. Where is the trash can? Weird food in fridge. Floppy outlets, makes my feet feel dry. Very very hot and humid in pool area and also chewed up dog toy found at deep end of pool.Rooms: Very Dirty

I highly recommend the Residence Inn Columbus for your extended business stays! The staff is excellent, friendly, and super responsive to any issues that arise, no matter how small.The rooms are as you expect, clean and well appointed. The location is perfect for jumping off into the surrounding areas and has dinning and groceries shopping across the street.Nearby activities: Close to downtown, and the Upland Brewing CompanyFood & drinks: There is a grocery store across the street, and serval dinning options.

The rooms were clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There's a nice indoor pool and hot tub. They have an outdoor fireplace,but it wasn't working due to missing parts.Nearby activities: Easy access to Columbus, Indiana, and about 16 miles to Nashville, Indiana.

We were in town for a baseball tournament and stayed here both nights. It was a great experience. The amenities were above what we expected for the area, and the staff was very very pleasant.
