Find another Ford dealership to have your vehicle serviced. I made an appointment 3 weeks in advance so the service department could prepare for the recall. I dropped it off before my scheduled appointment time, checked in with the ladies at the desk, and they told me that that would be in touch to update the status of the repair. I did not get a single notice, call, nothing. They had my car over 24 hours. I reached out to them, and after about 40 minutes they contacted me to tell me they weren't able to get to my car, but they were working on getting it done. I opted to just pick it up. When I arrived, I was not greeted professionally. When I was asked why I was picking it up without the work being done, I explained as I said above. No apologies, no offer to reschedule, nothing. Hubler in Franklin said they could get me in and out in 2 hours.

The manager had a million excuses for not honoring the advertised price or Ford incentives. Buyer beware.

Just bought a 2020 jeep and upon taking it home the first night I Notice the tail light wasn’t working properly took it back the next day in the service department cannot get me in to fix it until the middle of August in which the date I was given I’m out of town. So the next date given to me was September 3, which I took, but it amazes me that it’s going to take all day for them to fix a tail light on my car and they can’t even get it until September after purchasing it from them. I have a service contract, but I don’t think it’s worth it especially since it’s gonna take more than a month just to get my tail fixed?

I took my car in for diagnostic since it's a ford, my car had a white smoke when I start it, and my fuel was burning faster than it should.
They didn't even look into the reason why the white smoke came out of my exhaust.
They texted me and tell me that they run an update and my car should be fine now.
When I confront them about what a diagnostic is, they tell me that I have to pay another money to look further on the same service I paid for.
And we agreed on half of the price,
Worst case scenario they didn't make me pay the money but they break down my car and I couldn't even drive it without hearing a big noise under the car.
They did that and give me a quote around $4500.
It's the worst mistake I've ever made that almost cost me my job because I couldn't drive the car after picking it from them.
I don't know about the other department, but service department left me without a car after I pay them for a diagnostic ?

Clean and friendly place to do business. My wife is driving her second car from FOC and I just bought an elantra N from them not long ago. They make it easy to do business with them. From the price of the vehicles to the paper work all done in a timely manner. I've been to a few places where the people act like you messed up there hole day if you ask a question.
I'll keep doing business with them as long as they keep there word and stay honest.

Hit credit score several times. To get credit approved. When they said one hard equals 14 times which was wrong. It lowered my wife’s credit score.
