Went back to Petco again and the lady overcharged a small dog for over $85 even though the dog was a small Yorkshire terrier.. they also told me that they would not be able to see my dog unless I pay extra money because my dog is too loud and claimed that he was shooting on cables by my dog. It’s very old and he is not capable of doing that anymore he was just crying because he was not comfortable. This is not the first time five years ago. I went there and they declined my appointment because the lady was pregnant and said that she was scared to take care of my dog and it’s the same lady. Will not stayed her name, but this is not the first and I am not the first person who complains about this places here at Columbus in

I placed an order for an aquarium, they sent Me the wrong one, but I do not have a stand for. I already bought a stand for the one I ordered. And every time I call, they delay everything by another day. It’s always I let you know tomorrow. Bad customer service, Beware of ordering online it it’s hard telling what’s gonna be in the box when you open it.

Absolutely horrible manager was being snotty like I haven’t been doing this fish Hobby for 12 years she said I was overcrowding my tank when I have 200 gallon filters running through a 55 gallon You shouldn’t even be in the fish department you have no idea what you’re talking about pet supplies plus thank you for showing up

Do not trust staff. Staff lied about being able to cancel the vital care at any time- which doesn't even get you good savings. They also signed us up for premier when we were told it was the basic. You can not call and cancel at all you have to wait a year. Great way to lose business and trust of customers. Prices are always overpriced save your money and go elsewhere- I sure will.

Went to add to our new aquariums and purchase a few fish. We have been having aquatic animals off and on for years. They can keep fish in modified urine cups for however long before they die or they penny the fish out to the dumpsters but question the customer on the size of tank you have, give you improper information on the fish your trying to purchase and then basically deny selling you the fish. You blew it today, we basically had almost $100 of products in our hands. Went to petsmart in Franklin, worth the trip.

Changing my 4 stars to 1 star, because I was lied to about being able to cancel my membership to vital care anytime. Once you sign up it's for a year, no matter what. I wouldn't have signed up if I had known. I only did it because the worker said it would save me 10% on my purchase that day, and I can cancel anytime. Wrong

Staff are extremely rude and disrespectful after refusing to sell me fish and questioning about fish tanks I have at home. I will never shop here again. Pet Supply Plus gladly accepted my money.

Do NOT come here for a cut if you have a long-haired dachshund. They do NOT know how to cut a long-haired dachshund. Took most of her long hair on sides OFF. Cost $59.99 on top of that. Won’t be back!!
