Very disappointing experience I have rented from them in the past but no longer. I rented a piece of equipment over the weekend and it broke halfway through my project and then they blamed me for the faulty piece of equipment, then would not give me a replacement or refund my money and to top it all off they tried to charge me to repair it. just not a very good company to deal with anymore I guess

Ben went above and beyond to help a customer Monday! He came to our rescue at Mill Race Center and helped strap the rental chairs properly in my husband's truck. Disaster averted! Thank you Ogle's!
