Storage unit was available when I needed it. Not as clean as what I expected, so I covered the entire floor in diatomaceous earth & glue traps at the door to catch crickets. They made a mistake on my move out date by 4 months. They gave me the refunds for those 4 months to make things right. They really do call you and try to make things right if you've missed payments. I would highly recommend them, their prices can't be beat, and they are human and ready to serve. Thank you, Ogle Storage!

I LIKE THE WAY THEY WORK WITH YOU AN IF YOU GET IN A FINANCIAL STRAIN, HOWEVER IM NOT HAPPY WITH THE RODIANT CONTROL AN I HAD FOUND A SNAKE IM MY SHEDD AN THE ROOF IS FALLING THRU AS WELL.

Staff were always helpful and friendly. Rented a trailer and a storage unit from them, and in both cases the process was easy and the equipment/facilities were in good condition.

I'd never rent a U-Haul through here or U-Haul period. I returned truck back on time with fuel in it where it was when it left lot. Owner can pull up on his video surveillance to confirm I was back on time. Trying to charge me for additional day and bunch other fees. I'll be filing depute through bank tomorrow.

This is my 2nd time around renting from this storage facility as its decently priced and such company as I see is ran fairly decent but there was a occasion where I switched sizes of my storage shed and was charged twice and ended up with a late fee on top of it because I was waiting on someone to call me back and fix it he said well do you have your receipt I was in another state I eventually found my receipt I guess no matter how great of a place or how professional some people appear you should always keep your records somehow that ended up costing me $30.00 out of the way

Reasonably priced storage units. Had a slight snag with the price when we returned the truck, but the owner immediately corrected the problem. We had been charged for 2 days because we returned our equipment on time, but the attendant didn't check it in until 5 minutes later. Ogle's contacted us within a half hour and reversed the second day charge.

Made one call and talked with Johanna trying to find a place for my RV. She need to verify space availability. She made a phone call and called me back within minutes and invited me to view the space. My wife and I went to look and talked with both Johanna and Ben who were very friendly and customer service oriented. Rented the space in a matter of minutes. They have a great on line service where you can make changes to your service, pay your bill and manage everything conveniently from one location. I highly recommend these folks.
