My Hunter Douglas motorized blinds were installed today. Wayne, from Neal’s Paint and Wallpaper out of Columbus, a third generation business owner, exceeded my expectations. Wayne came here, installed them, remained until all devices were synced with the wireless service, he cleaned up, was real, and really helped me out.I have been getting some home repairs done this summer. Although I had been trying to replace my blinds for several years, I only had confidence to go forward with Wayne. He had great judgment, integrity, and professionalism.I had been trying to get this done for several years. I had estimates from Indianapolis, Lowes, Costco, etc. The quality for the price AND the SERVICE was so much better with Wayne of Neal Paint and Wallpaper.He is a decent human being who proves once again, that if you have the right person on the job, it is so much more than a job done. It is a job *well done* and more.

We recently added on a bedroom and sunroom and needed blinds for those areas. Wayne helped us to figure out exactly what we wanted in our blinds and did everything he could to get them to us in a timely manner, covid delays or not. We appreciated his attentive service, knowledgeable help and expert installation. We LOVE our new blinds!!

I recently took on the project of repainting the entire exterior of my house, with no prior experience in exterior painting. The people at Neal Paint & Wallpaper have been incredibly helpful and patient as I ask dozens of questions and take days to make decisions. Wayne has offered to help me in ways that you would never get from a box store paint counter. I am so glad that I am using them for all of my paint needs, and I intend to do so from here on out.
