I buy parts from here on occasion as needed. We had a small confusion today on a battery and purchase dates etc etc. After speaking and reasoning with the store manager Brock, and coming to an understanding, Brock offered a fair resolution that satisfies me and will continue to bring me back to Napa for parts as needed. I appreciate his willingness to hear and understand and appreciate his effort at maintaining a solid integral client relationship .

When the lawn mower place next door wouldn't sell me a simple belt because I have a John Deere mower, the guys at Napa matched me up a belt and I was back in business with my mower. Thanks guys! Very friendly staff.

1st called to see if they had something in stock and claimed they were closed but they hours online said open. Got hung up on! called back and before i could say anything the guy on the phone started bashing Hispanics and people in 3rd world countries. No clue why and then hung up again and never answered the phone any more that day.2nd called to check on a order I placed online and the guy on the phone got hateful because I didnt get an order email with satus. Truck was late and never got notified and never got the part had to go somewhere else.I will never go here again absolutely horrible service and not a way to run a business at all. I hope they get what they deserve.

I needed a belt for my lawn mower. Store employee sold me one that was too big . Took it back and they exchanged it for one too small and it broke on me within 1 hour of use . I have since found the size somewhere else but this place refuses to give me back my money . . 50 dollars I'm am out now . Thanks Napa ! You've been a real help .

Just called at 4pm today 2/5/22 and they picked up the phone and hung up. I then called back and guy says we are closed, then hung up on me again. I called back and he says "I told you we are closed". I said "hold on just a second please. I understand your closed and your saying you closed at 4pm, but it states 5 pm online and honestly I think it's rude the way you hang up on me and possibly other customers without saying anything and then to be rude like this". I then stated they need to change the online hours to reflect the times they are open and closed so that people know. He was like "well I have no control over that and then hung up on me again. I just think it is pretty bad when your being that rude to someone. I normally don't complain about anything, but this is not a good way to run a business. if nothing else, the phone should have never been answered and just left it alone. This is how you lose customers.
