Had a great experience with this business. I searched everywhere for a particular bedroom suite. I found it here, though out of stock everywhere else. It was a good price. They were willing to deliver it even though it was just outside of their delivery area. It was delivered and set up when it was promised. It was beautiful and could not be more impressed with the customer service of the stores staff and the delivery team. They went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. Way to go FFO. Keep it up.

My husband and I were in the market for our first mattress purchase and I am so glad we came here! The prices were one of the best in town and the customer service was excellent. We were looking at plush, soft mattresses, but ended up getting a memory foam/gel mattress with an adjustable base for a price as low as the box spring plush mattresses! We wouldn’t have even tried the bed or known about the great deal without Billy’s help. I am so glad we chose this store and I can’t wait to get a better sleep. I highly recommend shopping here. Next time we are in the market for a mattress, we will be coming straight here!

Purchased our mattress yesterday, will be delivered Thursday . Jennifer made it a great relaxing experience. She was very informative , kind and not at all pushing . Not sure about the mattress yet ,but she is a great sales person . The price was also great. So glad we decided to stop there. Dropping my rating. To bad because Jennifer was a great sales lady. Don't think i even talked to a Karen. Anyway delivery did take the twins mattress . However i asked the tall guy to put the old queen in my sons room he said no. He cant the ppl he works for wont let him. i have a small house. The bedrooms are less than 4 foot a part. I ask at the store if they could she said yes. Even if i hadnt asked and i did that shoukdnt have been a problem. The tall guy did most of the work which took longer then it should have. This delivery service needs a lesson in customer service. You go a little out of the way for ppl and they will use you more often. Even if they didnt tell me at the store they would. They should have done it to make sure we used them next time. Next time i will pay my son and his friend to do. Sad the hurt all delivery services

We absolutely love our new Tempurpedic mattress with adjustable bed frame. Karen the manager was and is great to work with. She is so knowledgeable and helped us with what to get for the knee and back pain we were having in our old bed. She is awesome. We loved our sheets also so I went back today to get a second set. ðŸ‘ðŸ‘😃

Went to Mattress & More to find a box spring for mom. Lady named Karen had remarkable insight in mom's sleep habit, how our sleep patterns (needs) evolve as we age, the effects of different bed heights on mom's functioning, and how to get the most "bang for our buck!" She asked questions I hadn't considered that guided our choice and ultimately supported what we were after. Karen is truly a sleep expert!

We set up our adjustable bed last night and I had the best sleep that I've had in a really long time! Karen is the best at everything she does and that store and all the help that she gave us could not be more appreciated! We were so very pleased with the help that she gave us and a deal that she tried to work out for us! I would definitely tell all my friends to go see Karen at Mattress and More! Got a great deal on 2 complete gueen bed with the adjustable base. The manager (Karen) was very knowledgeable and gave us the best deal on our needs I defintely say that is the best experience I had shopping for a bed. Thanks Karen

We have never purchased a mattress from an actual mattress store, always used a furniture store or big box store in the past. I am very glad we decided to shop here! The shopping experience felt personalized and we didn't have to contend with other shoppers looking other household items. The salesman was very educated on all the different mattresses they sold and really helped us to pick out the right mattress for ourselves. Price was reasonable and we didn't feel any pressure to choose a more expensive mattress. Delivery service was also great. I was able to track the delivery van right to my house. I knew what stop I was for the day, the stop and location they were currently at and didn't have to sit at home and wait all day for them to show up. I would highly recommend this store to anyone shopping for a new mattress.

I would highly recommend this store to anyone shopping for a new mattress! The salesman was very nice and very educated on all the mattresses they carried. He was able to help guide us toward the mattress that was right for us without being pushy. Our mattress was delivered to our house today, and the delivery service was also great. I was informed of a window when the delivery truck would be at my house, but I was also able to track the truck in real time. I knew exactly when it would pull in my driveway, so I didn't have to sit at home and wait all day. I was able to run a few errands and be home in time for my delivery.

Got some great deals at furniture liquidators tonight with some great help from a great fella (I do not know the man who helped us name, and never met him before, so there is no favoritism).... however! Darren Foster and Holly Whoever (manager and district manager?) were the worst of the worst...unprofessional unpleasant store "managers" I've ever had the "un" privilege to be around... their behavior towards employees was despicable and uncalled for... constant degrading, nagging, and complaining.... (I was there for 2 hours because they wouldn't allow me to make two trips to get out stuff, complained we made two transactions because it took their time (hello? Don't you WANT to sell stuff) in that time it was obvious they were unqualified to work in customer service) if you are that stressed or hate your job that much it's time to look elsewhere instead of making employees and customers uncomfortable â€
