I have been a loyal customer for over 30 years and have had very few claims over the years. I show on my policy's that I get a discount for longevity but every year my premiums continue to go up for no good reason especially since I have not had any claims for a long time. I feel I was taken advantage of and switched to another insurance carrier and saved thousands!!!! So advice is to shop around from time to time and get the best deal.

I simply trust American Family because I've had a claim before and they were great. Good rates, good coverage, helpful people.

Only trouble I've had is because they changed location and google was wrong about where they moved to, that was no fault of theirs.

I was able to get a great quality life insurance policy for myself, my wife, and my children through American family. Kyle was very professional and worked hard to get us the best policies possible for the money we could spend! Also he took the time to explain our policies in detail and didn't just leave it up to us to try and figure out the policies on our own. If I could give him 6 stars out of 5 I would ! I highly recommend talking with Kyle about any insurance issues you or coverage that you may need! Great customer service!

The car insurance is great it's affordable I like that price but the house insurance is just a little bit more than anticipated but I need it so I will pay it but they are very good people to deal with every kind I have I have not had any problems with them I have a trust with them they're good people so try them and see if you like them I do have a good day.

Kyle took over as my insurance agent, when the previous gentleman relocated for different employment opportunities. I have had the utmost respect, understanding, and empathy for each and every situation, policy, and/or claim that I have ever needed. Very friendly staff, great location, and fantastic communication.

I recently switched to American Family Insurance - Kyle Petty and my only complaint is that I didn’t do it sooner. This is the most honest and helpful insurance company I have ever been apart of. The customer service is beyond excellent. They are dedicated to their customers and do whatever they can to make sure you are properly covered and that you know what you are paying for. On top of the top notch service they are also extremely reasonable when it comes to price. As a 21 year old full time student I am always looking for the best deal, and as far as insurance is concerned American Family Insurance - Kyle Petty gives you the most bang for your buck, hands down.
