This place is actually awful and do not get your nails done here. They will charge you to get them SHAPED and not leave them how they are, will add 15 to 20 dollars for design, and not tell you ahead of time until you go to pay. Not to mention they do not pay attention to specific details you request and their lack of professionalism is clear when they asked my friend how to pay their bill. Do not come if you want to pay $90 for a full set of acrylics that are short and have one two flowers on them.

I have been coming here since I moved up here about 5 months ago. I have never once had a bad experience. The staff is very welcome and hospitable. I came in today with a very broad idea of the "Christmas" theme nails I wanted. I describe what I was picturing and they nailed it! I'm always hesitant about getting designs done, but couldn't be happier.

Reallllly wanted to love this place.I made appointments for my friend and I to get our nails done, and get my toes painted.I told her what we wanted over the phone…This was our first time here.. I just moved to the area a couple months ago. And she had such great reviews..??♀️I went in wanting white/iridescent nails, with palm trees on my ring fingers. Kelly instantly says “I don’t have time.” (We weren’t walk in’s… I made appointments..)Then she says my nails were too short for that anyways.. interesting.(I have palm trees put on my nails every time I go to Fl…) She just didn’t want to mess with it. There were only two people working, and Kelly started on my friend’s nails. Kelly was the only one that could do designs. So I didn’t fuss, just accepted I wouldn’t get palm trees.THEN she says the color I picked was powder, and it was $15 more. I said, okay, that’s fine… I said a couple times, I didn’t mind paying extra.. but she tells me I should pick a different polish, then says she can do white in gel.. So I say, okay, whatever is easiest. I didn’t care if it were power or gel. BUT THEN says white will turn yellow in the sun… so I should pick another color all together. ??♀️ At this point, I was just so aggravated, I wanted to leave.. but my friend was already in the process of getting her nails done.It just felt like the whole time we were rushed, and neither of us felt very welcome. It was awkward.I made an appointment for white/iridescent nails with palm trees and walked out with plain pink nails.. This was the first time I’ve ever had a nail place talk me out of literally everything I wanted.The lady that walked in after us, got completely different service. She was obviously a regular, and it seemed like she was given much more time, and she asked for multiple designs on her nails, without any arguments. I was completely taken aback by how her service was so different. And her nails were no longer than mine…I just wish she told me “no” when I made the appointments.. She clearly didn’t have time for us or want us as regulars..Service: Nail painting

Kelly is a very talented manicurist. She is always professional, and she truly cares for her customers. Her salon is exceptionally clean and sanitary. If she doesn't have the product on hand that you want, she will seek it out. She is personable and fun! I have gone to her for about 10 years because she is the very best.
