I wish I could give *MORE* stars because Mr. Miller went above & beyond to help me. I could write a whole article on what brought me into his office, but I'll skip that & instead just say that he made the whole process so much easier - and so much faster - than I thought possible! The kicker is: although I'm an AllState customer, I'm not his client... in fact, I don't even live in Indiana! He could've referred me to the 800 number & sent me on my way, but he didn't - even though he had a busy schedule with his own clients. I'm so grateful for his assistance & I can't recommend him highly enough.
