The one thing that was a little of a pain was some things were were just thrown on the shelf but not in a bad way and when I asked for a tool they knew where to look so were good there lol but overall happy with the purchases and customer service”
“I went to Menards to get plywood. Asked if I could get it cut down and was told yes. Tried finding it but couldn’t. Asked again and they said they couldn’t. Decided I’d keep looking. Found someone else and they said maybe but actually knew where. Directed me to a saw that couldn’t cut it. Called Lowes and was listening to a pre recorded message for 5 minutes…. Called Bender Lumber and the phone rang for maybe 5 seconds where all my questions were answered. Showed up and Kyle asked me what I needed the materials for. He helped me buy the most economical product and cut it all down to fit in my car. Friendly conversations with friendly people. First time there and I’ll be back.”
