DO. NOT. RECOMMEND.
There are many other reviews that say people get ripped off. And they are TRUE.
I needed a diagnosis (130.00$)
My services notes ONLY SAID THEY LISTENED TO IT.AND IT NEEDED A MOTOR. THEY DID NOT TEST DRIVE IT, THEY DID NOT LOOK AT THR OIL, THEY DID NOTHING BUT LISTEN, AND SAID IT NEEDED AN ENTIRE MOTOR. I took it to Ford of Columbus and they said it was a FLEX PLATE. And this company still refuses to give me a refund.
Don't screw around with this company.

After noticing drips on the road, my girlfriend, and I thought it be a good idea to check out greenes for some minor preventative, maintenance or repairs. The shop I usually go to is in Greenwood. It is difficult to get our vehicles to them due to lack of time during the week and their schedule. We decided it would be a good idea to check out Greenes because they are five minutes from our house. The main focus was to fix the fluid leak. I did tell the salesman that I wouldn't mind to do some extra preventative maintenance to prevent something like this happens again in the future. About $5000 later, transmission seal replacement, new arms, replace wheel bearings, replaced the axle's, new brakes, and a die injection into the engine transmission and differential, yet I still have a fluid leak. The leak is a drip, and yes it is minor; but it is very annoying because we have a brand new house with a brand new driveway that I don't want any oil stains on. again I don't mind spending the extra money but I really would have preferred the fluid drip to be fixed instead of all these other repairs that could've waited. Yes, we have contacted him about a call back and he told me that they would be in contact to take a secondary look. That was last month, and we still have yet to hear anything. I am very frustrated and I will not be going to do any more business with them unless they make this right. I won't stand for it he whole "well this is an old truck" excuse anymore. I have been taken advantage of due to age long enough. I will admit they are not all bad. My girlfriend did not have a ride home one day when they had to keep the vehicle overnight and one of the mechanics did take my girlfriend home which I did appreciate very much. Just be aware that they are nice in that office, but niceness doesn't fix vehicles.

We deliver wood to Cracker Barrel & had a 12 rick load on our gooseneck & when traveling down I-65 today, my serpentine belt broke cause the tensioner pulley busted. We got off @ Edinburgh exit & pulled into the nearest lot we could fit, searched mechanics, found a number for Greene's and called. He said "if you can get it here, we can fix it." And that's just what they did! I didn't shut it off so I was able to drive it there (even though the steering sucked lol) they got us in, and back on the road in no time! I highly recommend this place, the staff was nice & friendly, they did a great job on my truck & it was affordable!

these guys are a rip off i tok my car there they had it for over a month and a half paid them and the car never got fixed i am from wisconsin i just left the car there after traveling three time to pick up the car never will i take any vehicle there they are a rip off

Great option for Freightliner Sprinter truck owners! Mercedes is very expensive and not nearly as easy to work with. VERY happy we found a good place for service / repair!!
