Well apparently wasting customers time and deception is their bread & butter. Their slogan is literally "no vulture zone" which is almost laughable if it wasn't such a bold face lie, when they charge multiple thousands over market value. They tried to offer below market value on a perfect trade in; all it needed was a car wash and parked on the lot. Told me they would pay at market value to get me on site and then cut 1500 off market. I have bought multiple vehicles from them until this go around. NEVER again. you're supposed to build relationships with customers, not try to rip them off! Takes notes if you wanna know how to lose long term customers! Zero integrity on their word and faith put in them!

I purchased a used truck. Financing was very persistent and deceptive on the warranties they talked me into buying. When they dropped off the truck to my home after detailing it was on "E" really?? I then setup an appointment threw service to get the recall fixed. The following day I received an email and text telling me thank you for servicing your vehicle threw us and if you ever need to schedule another appointment call us. The funny thing is I havent brought my vehicle in. The schedule is 4 days away! Update: I have owned the truck 15 days and the driver seat stitching is unraveling still under factory warranty. I took it in and am told I have to wait for approval to get repaired. Not having a good experience.

We were traveling and pulled in here for help. They were able to work us in on Friday afternoon! Service was great, if we lived here, we'd definitely return for all service needs on my Lincoln.

I will never deal with these clowns again. First, the sales manager is very aggressive. Second the finance manager comes back twice after the paperwork was signed and says they have to change things, which costs me more money because of THEIR error. Piss poor management and they do not seem to know how to good business. I've dealt with the Columbus auto group on several occasions and all have been positive until now. I will NEVER go back nor would I recommend them to anyone.

Poorly managed, very overly aggressive finance manager that tries shoves a warranty down your throat, basically refusing to process the deal without adding one. Got up and walked out. They contacted me later and the warranty wasn't needed but I still said no. They hounded me for weeks wanting me to come back and buy a vehicle. Nope.

Was texting with dealership. Explained i was 1 hr away and wanted numbers. Worked the price of the new truck and the trade value of my truck. Upon walking in i was approached and told my trade value was $10,000 because they made a typo.

This is the most mismanaged group of so called professionals I've ever dealt with. My wife and I have called and spoken to four different so called managers about our gape insurance refund. I even had one of the finance people say they would call my wife and asunder her that the payment would go out. This place is a joke to work with. There holding my money! There crooks and a bunch of liars. There a small town crooked operation. Goto indy and get a better deal and fantastic answers compared to these jokers.

I went to their website @6/27/21 & found the ideal used car.I sent a message to ask about the price & heard back from "Emily Hart". she then called me at home twice offering any assistance I needed. At that time I was very specific which car I was interested in, she quoted me the price when I gave her the VIN#. I then scheduled an appointment ,with her,on 6/29/21 to go in in 40 minutes to buy the Blue Ford Focus. I entered the dealership and asked for Emily but was told she wasn't available. What? Instead they sent out a very hyper "Jake" who offered different cars. When I interrupted and said, no I am here for this specific Ford Focus-after a pause, he replied that it was not available because it was being "reconditioned" and would not be available for months. Really? What happened in the 40 minutes it took me to get there? My family & I were desperate for a car. We had to settle for an older car with more miles, worse condition and cost more! To even make it worse, they drove it around back to put 1/2 tank of gas in it &"detail" it. When we left we had to go directly to the gas station because it was out of gas!! Two days later I contacted"Emily" again and she regarded the incident as "confusion", WOW!! Buyer Be Ware of this Dealership! I believe that is called a "Bait and Switch".
