The lane to enter the car wash is one car wide, which makes the two pay stations (one for members, one for non-members) useless, you still have to wait in the line to get there.
The machine didn’t have receipt paper loaded, the water pressure and soap dispenser did not seem to be adjusted right and provided poor coverage of the vehicle.
The rolling brushes appeared to be in good condition and did not scratch the paint, though that could have been because all but one were not touching the vehicle itself and spinning to the side away from the vehicle.

#1 at the worst car washes I have ever used. Sorry but true!!
Every time I have used this car wash something wasn’t working.
How you are able to get over 4 stars blows me away.
I have had a better car wash at the gas station located almost behind you for $7 bucks. Brush free!!
Nothing works pre- soak doesn't work before brushes they sometimes work.
What a joke!

Lots of maintenance issues. Monthly rate is very affordable, but since only half the wash works half the time, it’s not worth it.

We have unlimited monthly customer service and we go at least once a week and for the past at least two months or more. At least 5 to 6 of the automatic brushes have not worked. 1 or 2 are just spinning in place. It's sad that we are paying for a unlimited service and getting a half car wash every time .

I live in Seymour and decided to run my car through there before I went home. I bought the $27 wash. I didn't notice until I got home how terrible it was. My wheels didn't get clean, the inside of my fender wells have dirt on them. There was still soap residue on my back side as well as dirt. I also noticed that more than half of the rollers weren't even working. Very disappointed!
