I have had several amazing experiences with Dell Brothers. I am a young man in my early twenties, and I am entering into the business world. While I had taught myself some of the aspects of professional men’s dress, I still remained ignorant of a fair amount of things. The staff at Dell Brothers was more than happy and patient to answer my questions and clarify my misconceptions.I found the store via Google search and thought it would be a good place to try before heading out of town to the nearest Men’s Workshop or something similar. I had no luck getting what I needed at Kohl’s or similar stores in town. I was more than surprised at the store when I entered.I ended up purchasing a hat, a pair of leather gloves, a leather coat, four shirts, a pair of dress shoes, and a couple of miscellaneous items. They were nice enough to call me whenever they had a specific color of a suit jacket I liked in stock, and then I went back in and purchased that. The sleeves were a little long, but they offered free tailoring to the coat. I got it back, and I am more than happy with it.I have every intention of shopping there again in the coming years. Went to the store yesterday to pick out a jacket for my husband, store owner Tim was very rude to me. There was a male shopping in the store at the same time that received lots of attention.

Very good experience. I needed a suit at short notice and he had what fit in stock and helped pick out a good style. It was my first time buying a suit and he made it easy.

I was walking around after work and thinking about buying new shirts for work. As that crossed my mind, I saw the sign and came in. The owners are fantastic. They gave me advice for some unique shirts that would be durable for my work in healthcare, while giving a great presentation to my patients. This store has a unique history. I highly recommend this family business. I even found out they ship out their products if you can't make it down to Columbus. Keep up the history and great job Mr. And Mrs. Dell.

My son works hard for his money and was excited at 17 to go buy a tux outright. It was ordered, and he came in to pick it up. All fit well, except he needed the pants hemmed because they were about 6 inches too long. My mother sews, so she said she could do it at home. The man running the store told me he was going to the back to remove tags . When we got home, he put the pants on so she could pin what needed hemmed only to realize they had length already taken off, leaving only enough for him to grow about half an inch. That's not a way to run a good business. It's very shady, and we won't be doing business there ever again.

They are fantastic! So many great things to buy or rent. We have used them for dress pants in a rare size, needing a particular color of tie short notice, and a suit rental for a wedding. They really know their stuff and are friendly and efficient.

Exceptional service and outstanding craftsmanship.Thanks Tom for the great fitted shirt, shoes and belt to have for Father's funeral.Of course these went along with the GREAT suit I had purchased on earlier date from the finest store in existence.( and yes of course they pressed new shirt also before leaving establishment)You want quality threads, see the great Dudes, selection and fittings from The Dell Brothers!!!

The gentleman here are so nice and helpful. They worked with myself and my fiance on multiple occasions to find the perfect suspenders for him and all his groomsmen for our upcoming wedding. When looking for a place to shop for any upcoming events, I highly suggest shopping local with these guys!
