Only place out of a few that are 24 hrs since covid-19 took one world by surprise and changed every thing about it. The pharmacy closes rather early now but apart from that if you get a hip in your hop and feel like getting out at 3 am because you're bored in Columbus Indiana, then cvs is open. 5 stars for the 24hr.

If I could leave zero stars, I would. Staff in the pharmacy are always incredibly rude and can never get anything done in a timely manner.

I think that the staff are friendly & helpful. I havent had any issues with receiving & processing my meds, but this store has been short staffed for years now. The longest iv waited in drive thru was 50 mins. No joke. Its not the workers fault, CVS needs to find a way to offer quicker & more efficient service.

The pharmacy here is horrific on times. We had meds sent in during the early morning for them to not be ready until 8pm that night. We were also informed they would not check into our insurance to see if we had insurance on file, and that we would have to come back when they are not so busy if we needed that done. The pharmacy line is consistently wrapped around the building, or across the building inside at all times. Possibly too many people have their medications sent here, but being as it may it is never an easy experience when dealing with CVS.

VERY rude pharmacy staff. I’ve worked as a retail pharmacy tech so I totally get the stress of dealing with rude customers. But when I’m calling to state that you gave me 20 tablets instead of the 40 I was prescribed and it literally says quantity 40 on the bottle that was given to me, and was being VERY nice and understanding about it, and you’re rude in return, that’s an issue. Look at the photo that the techs have to take of each med they dispense. My bottle says 40 yet there’s only 20 inside. I’ve been extremely sick and called 6 days after I got the prescription because I knew the 20 would at least last me 7 days. And the woman who answered the phone was extremely rude. “You’re JUST NOW calling me?” If it was a month later, I’d understand. But I’ve been very sick and it was only SIX days later that I called about it. God forbid you have sympathy for your sick patients. You’re working in the wrong industry. It’s disgusting how these techs and even the pharmacists treat their patients. Do better.I will say, the pharmacist who called me this morning (12/1/23) was very apologetic for them shorting me on my meds and was very nice. Also informed me that they would have the rest of my meds ready for me at no cost. So thank you to him!

Absolutely horrid pharmacy service. Most of the people behind the counter are rude and snarky. If you call they abtruptly put you on hold without saying anything, even if you're in a the middle of a sentence. They've also hung up for no reason. Going in, poor attitudes aside, they don't bother to explain anything unless you ask specifically why. Can't pick up until 2 days later? They expect you to just walk away and seem annoyed when you ask for details. Incredibly unprofessional. We go here because it's convenient but we'll be taking the extra 3 miles to go to walmart from now on.For the 2 polite workers at the pharmacy; find another place to work. CVS doesn't deserve your positive attitude.

Please why can't we move that drive thru line a little faster? Does it really take 20 to 30 minutes per car. Can you not pick up or drop off a prescription here in less than a few minutes? Don't make people sit and waste gas and inhale fumes while you fill prescriptions or find answers. Let them drive around once or come back in 15 minutes. This is common sense and courtesy in my opinion. Do better for the health of the people who can't come in due to immunity or disability please.

I don't understand WHY it takes so long to get a prescription filled here!?!? Script was called in 45 prior to my husband going through the drive-thru, he gets to the window just to be told it isn't ready. So, he has to circle back around the building and get into line, Again.12 cars ahead of him, 40 minutes later same story!! GET IT TOGETHER CVS!!

Again due to coupons & discounts sent directly to my account, their high "convenience store" prices are negated

This place filled an old antidepressant, failed to tell me what they were giving me and my insurance wouldn't cover "dual therapy" for the new med I take and it took me 2 weeks and a new pharmacy to get my medication. CVS wanted 350 bucks for THEIR mistake. Talk about negligent on the pharmacy tech Sean's part. I'm a mental health patient getting depression meds. I shouldn't have to verify that they are giving me the right meds every time they should just tell me what is ready and have me confirm that's what i need before running through my insurance. Kroger wanted 12 bucks for the same script and got it transferred from CVS and in my hand in less than an hour.
