The women who attended me and my mother was falling asleep. She would say some words and all the sudden she would freeze and close her eyes and almost fall backwards.

Cricket in Madison Indiana is the only cricket to go to the staff is so helpful mindful and very kind Wes the staff he is absolutely the best ,thank you Wes for your kindness and support your very much appreciated!!

Worst customer service of all... tier 1 then another hour tier 2 another 72 hours tier 3 fixed problem and I'm on hold same problem... good luck comcast has terrible service in Columbus good bye comcast switching back to real service tomorrow ?

Called the store and they were so rude to me on the phone. Refused to even help me really. I called for a phone and they acted like they did not want to sell the phone. If you are at there please do your job. The wait when you go into the store is ridiculous too! Their customer service is horrible and they are always acting like you are a bother if you are there. Not sure why you come to work if you don't want to be there.! Watched them the other day sit outside the store and a guy and girl employee ON THE CLOCK cuddling while watching a video on their phone while a customer walked in then they eventually walked in. Not sure what the policy is for that but that is a bit unprofessional.. I hope this store gets better soon. This store has went downhill. Such a shame , it was a great store at one point

Give a zero if I could..Horrible customer service. Only one employee working at all times and this is tax time,everyone getting new phones. Went in to buy a phone and new service plan,2 days in a row. Each time there were 5-8 people waiting to buy a phone. With a wait time of 1-2 hrs just to get waited on. Horrible customer service.

Dear cricketwireless owner,I just wanted to let you from a customers view. Cricketwireless messed up on so many levels.This location will never be the same.I want to start off by saying, I was in executive management for over 30 years. I’m a customer who believes in spread of the word brings people to stores when good experiences happen.Your company messed up big time. I can’t believe that you guys let one of the most dedicated managers I’ve ever seen. I’m eventually going to switch service unless a miracle happens and I’m going to convert family and friends over to where I go and they will do the same.I over heard some lady’s in the back room of that store talking about how some man from hr suspended the manager guy that was at this store and then fired him. Not only that...without pay too. That’s just morally wrong, against the law, bad for future employees and bad for Business. IT IS hard to find people that work like that man did and there’s a low percentage of employees that dedicate themselves to any job, he was one of them. The experiences every one got from the environment he developed at this store are truly priceless.I think you should have a talk with who ever is sitting in the HR office that lost his mind when making this poor decision. I know content like this coming from a customer should generally be taken by a gain of salt, I got urge you to take action.I’d like to see him back. This location was the place to go and want to get service from. I’ve seen people from different states come to this store which is insane. Until then one star rating.

Good customer service in person. Dont always have a connection on internet. Wait time in store is torturous and over prolonged 8 out of 10 visits. My recent visit was an hour and half wait to replace a phone.
