Called ahead and was able to get in right away. The two women working were extremely kind and attentive. They were able to resize my watch in under 10 minutes along with showing me how to do it in the future. Such a wonderful experience! Best place to get your watch resized in Columbus!

10/10 good shopi never shopped here myself but from the looks of it they have high quality jewels and diamond stuff ?the lady working there was also very nice and helpful so yuh(p.s: they have a bathroom)
