Worst utility company I've ever seen!! They've changed the online billing portal but didn't clear communicate your customers about the change. This company just sent the utility bill by regular mail and in the bill statement you don't find any information about new online portal to reenter your auto pay information. Then if you didn't realize by yourself that was something wrong and that you need to re do your online registration and set a new auto pay before a due date, they simply doubled your bill considering as a late fee payment. I called their service guest and they recognized that there is a very unclear communication on this change, however they are only sorry about this and they can't revert back any late fee charge....Good for them, I can imagine how many other customers had this very unpleasant surprise. They don't need to be concerned about my comments and customers dissatisfaction, they're are the only option in this city...

They harbor old water meters that are incompatible with modern technology that could have potentially saved me from a $300 bill due to some water leak. They also claim I cannot access the meter pit to keep an eye on the meter reading my self nor will they tell me where it even is. Sure sounds like a scam. How do I know they didn't mess up the reading? I really hate this city. Code Enforcement will harass you after someone complains about you, too.

I have lived in my home for 9 yrs. Our water bill was always due on the 20th..then 16th..then the 12th and now the 3rd...scamming an extra month ??? Crooks ?!!

We found this in our bushes TWO DAYS later! We never received any other forms of notification. We drink a lot of water in our house and we were ALL really sick last night! Thanks so much for the do diligence!

We had a water supply line break under our driveway on a Sunday. The technician on call was quick to respond. The office personnel with whom I spoke on the phone several times went above and beyond to provide the service we expected.

We had an emergency with a broken water pipe and needed the water to the house turned off. The response was very quick, and the technician was very helpful and pleasant.

I would just like to say that the help and service of the lady's that are behind the counter are the most understanding, and caring . They have to deal with some very unhappy and disrespectful people, but they have helped me and my handicapped daughter Kyrstin when no one else would. They could have been like so many others around this town and not think twice or not care weather she would have what she needed to live. It was only for 4 days but it was everything to me and my family. My family and I will never for get the help and understanding that those wonderful lady's have done. I can never thank you enough for just been there for the help it wasn't a lot but it was more then you will ever know .

Absolutely the worst customer service I have every received. The representatives are not helpful and have the worst attitudes. Unfortunately, after two years of not having to deal with city utilities, I have moved back into their service area. I would rather carry water from a well, Jack and Jill style.
