They really need to change their notification system for upcoming bills. I got charged a passed due fee but was I never notified about it before hand, I have my account set to receive notifications before they are due and whenever its ready. But I have never once received a notification about any bills.

Apparently got a new billing system which I had zero ideas about, technician told me it was a mess and everything was treated poorly. Slapped a fee on there and wouldn’t waive it. What a joke.

Very unprofessional! We got charged a late fee for a system error on their end. You would think if your system messed up you would just eat the loss especially for customers set in auto pay but not columbus utilities. Thanks guys👍
