Guy named Brenton that works there is a rude A-hole gives the customers attitude when they want check out via one on one instead of using a machine, he said the self check out can do it when I was getting a pop. But i also wanted lottery so he dropped the subject. Then proceeded to tell the guy behind me if hes getting gas it can be done at self check. The customer said that they prefer not to use it. To which Brenton responded with annoyance and attitude saying "great that's just great, not like I don't have a million other things to do. "Horrible customer service.

This use to be my favorite gas station, I would stop nearly every morning. I loved the hot breakfast available when I was in a rush. Now there is never any hot food prepared in the mornings. Not only that but the staff seems annoyed when you ask about it.

Whats point in going to a gas station (other then gas) that doesn't ever have anything in stock. Stopped going after 2 months of daily morning stop-ins where they are constantly out of items.

On Central Avenue. The worst place to buy gas. They will deny your card at the pump and place a $100 block on your card. My bank tells me their system is "screwy" and they charge is twice the amount of any other gas station. The whole idea of allowing a pay at the pump option and then screwing you over should be criminal. I'm surprised they haven't yet been sued. I will never patronize this store again for any reason.

The convenience of this Circle K has resulted in my daily (~4-5 days/wk) patronage for 3+ years. My bill averages $22-$35 per visit. Often times, especially in the recent 3-6 months, a bag breaks and my items land on the floor. This is due to horribly cheap bags and poorly trained [and sometimes simply careless] clerks who overstuff bags; frequently resulting in an my purchased items on the floor or the ground of the parking lot.Regardless of the circumstance, I've always been given permission to replace the item(s) so I can go about my day.Tonight this changed. The bag split and a can of normal sized Green Monster fell on the concrete, instantly creating a puncture and a nice sticky mist. With the can now undrinkable, but still 80% full, I wrapped it up alone in the torn bag to only [SURPRISINGLY] be told by the cashier that it's not replaceable. This single drink retail costs around $2-$3. I've literally spent thousands in this store, but this simple and avoidable circumstance has traded my future daily potential revenue over a mere replacement of a single can. This might sound menial and juvenile, but try having a gallon of milk fall through a bag and bust on your feet or try holding your toddlers hand through a busy parking lot when the contents of your bag are suddenly rolling in all different directions. Inconvenient and occasionally infuriating, but on every occasion the store rectified the situation. I would've never guessed a refusal to replace a $2-$3 energy drink would be my tipping point. If the store values customers at all and reads this review, please reach out privately and I'll send you the last four digits of each of my debit cards. This way you can verify the revenue attributal to me and thus estimate how much future revenue has been traded for a single can of Monster.Fault in the circumstances surrounding bags constantly breaking isn't even debatable.

My husband and I traveled to Columbus, Indiana on July 15th to pick up my mom and bring her back here for a vacation. When we walked in the store, it seemed to be pretty clean, but definitely was lacking help and the workers were moving in a snails pace. Everything seemed to be stocked pretty well, but it wasn't the things I just mentioned that I had an issue with. It was the fact that the right side of the door on the handle was sharp, to the point it sliced my husbands arm as he pushed against it with his arm to go outside. This wasn't in the corner or hinge if the door handle, this was ON the handle itself. Someone needs to look at this! It is definitely a safety issue that needs to be addressed, and why in earth is it like that???

Man if only they could keep staff staffed. Many times I go in there and the line is ridiculously long and only one cashier working the whole store. I don't see how they can't keep a second register going, especially when it's the rush of the day when everyone is getting off of work at the same time and want to stop at the same time. Prepare for that and it wouldn't be as bad for the store. Only reason I gave it a 4 star. Other than that I would've given it a 5.
