******PLEASE READ******So.. Thank you to Mr. Cross! I dealt with Cross about a certain vehicle. I missed a deal bc I waited to long. It was totally my fault. Someone walked in & purchased it before I made the deal a go. Cross didn't leave me. He went to work & tried his best to get me what I was specifically after. His numbers were phenomenal. I live in south Alabama, 600 Sumn miles away. I was going to make the trip bc he made it worth it. I was actually gone pay a small amount more just bc he was doing so much & well for us. He wanted to sell us a vehicle! Due to the specifics we wanted & with time frame & limited availability of our specifics, we just never got it done. With the heavy discounts of 10-15% off they were flying out doors sold. I wont give any exact figures but 10/15% off MSRP (10/15k) & 8/10k below KBB to me is a good deal. I mean everything out the door grand total. I have to buy my tag thats it. Me & my wife finally found one & got a deal worked out. It was just simply the matter of racing tryn to get what we were after. If we could have waited & knew we could have got it all done through Cross we would have done it. We were very specific on what we wanted. I felt we had to act the first chance that we got for it all to be done. I honestly wanted to give cross my business bc he did so much & made it so personal to help us. He was "working" for us so to speak. That's how I felt. The last time I called Cross I explained the deal to him & that I wasn't trying to twist his arm but we are just simply racing against time. That we found what we were after & it was just the time frame tryn to get one before the opportunity was gone. 2023, 2024s were on the way. He was totally understanding & agreeded that if we found it & could make it work for us that he can't blame us for that. He said if it DNT work out then let him know & he would try to get us one again. He was after one for us at this time but he was held up waiting for that dealer to confirm him being able to get it for us (it was like 6hrs from him). He did everything he could in the time he had. I will not hesitate to reach out to Cross again for a vehicle that's for sure. He makes it worth it for me. Cross, I think you may have missed ur calling being a car salesman lol. Think you should be doing motivational speaking or something. The very least leading training classes as a representative for professional development for new upcoming car salesmen. To the head person at Columbus Indiana CDJR. DNT take this man for grante. He is a valuable asset to your business & will benefit your dealership leaps & bounds in the future from the experience I had. Thank you! Was looking for a new ride for my fiance. She got hit by a speedy driver not paying any attention. If I was with her Ida been in the passenger side that got hit. Totaled the car. They have some nice replacement cars but prices are a little up there now a days.

I wouldn't buy from this place again. Salesman was a nice guy but that's about it. The finance manager Gene, was rude and extremely pushy with the extended warranty. I told him off the bat I don't want an extended warranty, I've been buying cars for 2 decades and not interested at all. He rolls his eyes and get noticeably irritated that I didn't want or need to hear his reasoning for a warranty. He tries 5 times! to get me to get a warranty! I was trying to be polite as can be saying no thanks no thanks. Then I notice they slip in some BS $1800 fee that he doesn't mention, just points to where to sign. Rude scamming dealership.

Very friendly atmosphere from the moment I first walked in. Was help by Craig and he walked me through the whole process and explained everything and was very nice. Did not rush me and took his time. Had good conversation throughout the process wasn't just all business. Would highly recommend coming here and having Craig help you get into a new vehicle.

When my son broke his leg in three places a few weeks ago he was left unable to drive a regular car for many months. A minivan was the only answer. Cross (sales mgr) quickly responded, helping us buy him a top-notch used vehicle from our home 2500 miles away in a matter of days! The results?Yesterday my son shared a video demo of how he could open the minivan, store the wheelchair inside, get behind the wheel and use a remote to button the whole thing up again to drive. He was delighted and made it clear that this is the best vehicle he's ever had. Though it isn't new, we can see it was beautifully detailed and with the new tires, etc it is a minivan we can all trust.The long distance transaction that Cross and his team enabled was much more than simply a vehicle purchase. It was life-changing, hope-inducing, and helps to bring us peace of mind knowing that he can travel safely and efficiently despite his disability for the next few months. We are really grateful for all the little things that Cross and his team did to make this possible. They went well above and beyond our expectations. Many thanks! ?[And it goes without saying but these guys are absolutely trustworthy!]

We were stranded on the interstate going to Illinois. The staff were friendly, worked us into the schedule, diagnosed and fixed the issue in 5 hours without fleecing us. Thanks to them, the outcome was much better than we expected. Great job!

Very disappointed with the customer service! This is my second poor review for this dealership. I have been trying for over a month to get in contact with someone at the dealership to cancel my GAP insurance I purchased when I purchased my vehicle. I was calling every two days. At first I was understanding as I understand the finance managers are busy. Each time I called, the receptionist Courtland would transfer me to the finance manager and I would receive no answer, no voicemail, or the call would be straight disconnected so I would have to call back. I left a prior google review as I still had not heard from anyone at the dealership. I called again for the 4th time and was told the sales manager was going to have the finance manager call me. Which he did (Angel Cadiz), he provided me his number and asked for the appropriate information needed to cancel my GAP. I provided the info and he confirmed receipt of it (6/28/23) Did not hear from Mr. Cadiz at all after. Today (7/12/23) I am here at the dealership to get an oil change. I texted Mr. Cadiz this morning to touch base and let him know I would be in the dealership if anything further was needed to cancel my GAP since I have not heard from him or anyone. No response. I got to the dealership and requested to speak with someone in finance while I was waiting for my oil change to get done. A gentleman took me back to his office, but did not introduce himself or his title so I’m not sure who he was. He barely spoke to me but went ahead and proceeded to cancel my GAP. He was not rude to me but he didn’t explain anything or the timeline of getting a refund for my GAP that I’ve paid thus far. While I’m thankful that my initial request to cancel my GAP has been fulfilled I am extremely disappointed with the customer service I received and will not be purchasing or selling a vehicle at this location again. I do not understand why my request took so long to fulfill, why I had to constantly call and leave TWO google reviews, and why my request was only resolved once I physically had to come in to the dealership. I absolutely would not recommend doing business with this dealership.

What a great place to get a car! I had the pleasure of having Jessie help me with this and let me tell you… she is the best! This is my first car and I didn’t want anything expensive so she took her time and found cars in our price range, letting me and my family look around all we wanted to, drove anywhere we wanted to look, even picked up the car we were interested in to let us to test drive it, plus a video she took out of her way giving us a tour of the car because it wasn’t in the lot yet! She was very interested in being apart of my first car and was super nice and patient with us. Me and my family also wasn’t sure on the price we were going to pay so she helped get us all the deals that she could so we felt comfortable with the payments. I wouldn’t have asked for anyone else and the place is very welcoming and so are the people there. Everyone that helped us was a big help and nice about everything. I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a car!

I had been looking everywhere for a used car for my daughter with no luck. But when I called Jeep of Columbus a young man named Cross said he had the perfect car for us. We drove out there from Salem and I absolutely loved the car! I didn’t even want to look at anymore! Our sales person’s name was Nicole and she was just amazing! She was very knowledgeable about the car and showed us all of the details and how everything worked. She was so nice and made us feel so comfortable! I would recommend her and this dealership to anyone who is tired of the run around from other dealerships! You will not be disappointed! Very good buying experience. Jeremy was very responsive with initial communications and trade-in evaluation, and JD did a fantastic job working with us by answering all our questions, and ultimately helping us secure a vehicle we felt good about. Jay also did a great job with a quick and painless paperwork process. It was really nice to deal locally and still get a competitive price. All in all, a smooth and positive buying process!
