I returned parts on August 27. There were issues with the process so I was told they would contact me. I then called 3 hours later and was told the person that was needed was still unavailable but I would receive a call. I then called August 28 and was told the credit was processed onto the card used. It is now September 3 and the funds are still not refunded. I have not even been able to speak to the party whom processed the return to verify the information is correct. I'm being told I have to wait until September 6 for anything to be done. This is a $269 transaction that the dealership has possession of the parts that were returned and I keep getting second hand communication. I've bought 5 vehicles from this family of dealerships, had 2 vehicles serviced in collision, and have all of my vehicles serviced by. This is ridiculous customer service. The employees in the parts department aren't to blame as they're just the messengers, but someone should be communicating with the customers directly.

They sold me a 2015 Audi Q5 TDI premium plus that had been broken down for over a month, the salesman lied and said there will be a warranty and after I signed they said there isn't one. The vehicle is not road worthy and violates D.O.T. standards also which they had to have known being a automotive dealership, and having to know the laws surrounding transportation. I still owe over $4000 dollars and the vehicle isn't driaveble and they refuse to offer any way to fix the problem. Do not buy vehicles from their "special program" because they will screw you over and say it's as is. The BBB has been in contact with then, and the finance company as well as a lawsuit being drawn up to force them to do the right thing since they refuse to do good business.

Need a zero star option. Do not use the service department for anything. I brought in a truck under warranty with two issues I diagnosed for them. They kept the truck a full day, and called me just before closing to let me know it was “all done and ready to go”. In reality, they hadn’t even bothered to properly troubleshoot the primary issue and lied about addressing the secondary issue. Go to any other dealer, it will be worth the drive.

I went in looking for a new jeep. I was upside down in my vehicle. Shelby Jackson and Ben Yoder worked on putting me together a deal that benefited me way more then the initial way I was planning on buying. Fast, friendly and did an amazing job throughout my buying process. I'd highly recommend this dealership and these people. Will definitely be back for my next vehicle.

Bought a used car and was pleased with the salesman and service team putting the car on a lift for me to inspect. Financed through the dealership and of course declined all the add-ons in finance. Towards the end I was told oh I was able to add GAP at no cost and I said OK and signed away. Of course nothing in life is free and GAP was $750. I'm trying to cancel it through the dealership not the contract company like the contract company said but my messages have not been returned and now they just hang up on me when I call.

Very disappointed.
They sold the truck out from under us while we were negotiating the price.
This was a 2 week search, 1 in a million truck and we liked everything about it.
We had got there first, looked at the truck, test drove it, and were just waiting on an answer when our salesman who was a great guy came back and delivered the news that they had sold it to someone else that rushed their paperwork through since they were told we were looking at it.
I have edited disposed to reflect a very good experience that I had with another Columbus Auto Group dealership.

If I could give this place zero stars I would! DO NOT! I repeat DO NOT buy a car from Jeep Dodge Chrysler of Columbus. I have made one payment on this 2019 Nissan Pathfinder and already I have had to had it towed to a Nissan Dealership. $1100 for them to replace the alternator and the parts on back order of course. And the Columbus lot won’t even provide a loaner vehicle for me to use while it is being fixed. Terrible customer service!! And they couldn’t care less! Editing this post after the owner replied and said I would hear back from them. It’s been 4 days and still haven’t heard anything.

Going through a current remodel, but the sales group was very helpful. Came from 4 hours away to pick up a new pickup. Made my trade super easy and made it in and out in under 2 hours from start to finish. Traded my 19 Ram for a new 24 Ram and was super pleased to find one in stock with 18 of 19 requirements met! Great doing business with you guys.
