Went in looking for a sofa, I picked out a sofa but was not in stock, I was told by a helpful female staff. She said they can order it at the store. Returned home and decided to order the sofa. I spoke with James on the phone, I believe and he said I can't order the sofa with them or store. I said really, because a female staff told me I could?Right away he said you can order it but it'll be a couple of weeks for delivery. So he just told a lie! This is the reason Big Lots is losing business!
