Best friends animal healthcare?
We were informed that we couldn't get an emergency check for an animal with new sudden seizures and his life is at risk. Earliest could maybe see us over a month out... When he may not be alive....
I simply was amazed, I usually do not post negative reviews but when a family member is in risk of danger or worse dieing and to feel the familure cold eerie feeling of that vast empty void of empathety and compassion for life. It is the feelings you get around anyone or anything that makes the hair stand up on you get when in that situation.. I didn't cause a fus or argue I was simply shocked it's gotten this bad in America. I'm sure a x-ray and some seizure medicine considering there's only a couple available for dogs, would have been the difference between everything......
Anything to possibly help prolonged his time until more serious check ups could happen. Idk what else to say... Choose where you put your $$ wisely. Compassion... Professional vets that legitimately care about the animals.

A few times over the years, my dog has had a minor emergency, and every time, this office has responded immediately.
Even when the office is closed, they return your messages promptly.
I don't know when these guys get a day off!
I have the utmost confidence in the staff, and wouldn't go anywhere else.
Friendly, kind, patient, professional.

This was my first time at Best Friends. Took my puppy for 3rd round of shots. Everyone was very friendly and caring.

I cannot express enough how much this vet cares about your pets. They are always willing to help and the vet always thoroughly explains what is going on with your pet. I have never experienced patient care like this before. I deeply appreciate Best Friends and what they do for my best friend :)

Very caring. I have used the biggest vet in Columbus for years. Prices kept going up and level of service went down. We love the level of service our babies get here.

If I could rate this place 0 stars I would. My cat wasn't eating and had a sudden 3 pound weight loss. We took him to this clinic to see what was going on. They did the bare minimum to try to see what was wrong with him, and misdiagnosed him with asthma being the reason he stopped eating. We got blood tests later, and have been waiting for about a week now for the results (they were supposed to come back within a day) and they have just left us in the dark. He died, and we have no idea why. We didn't even get the chance to save him.

I had a great first experience here. The Veterinarian spent the time to do a thorough exam on my cat and explain everything. He and the staff are very nice and personable. I highly recommend.
