Friendly and helpful. I like how geek squad keeps it real and tells you how it is. I also like how they provide your options before making a unilateral decision. Having total tech definitely worked in my favour.

Not too bad, decent prices. They stopped selling dad's and cds, I like physical copies of these things. I understand, but I don't have to like it.
