Loved that we got a follow Up phone call the next day to see how he was doing. Great care was shown to us by everyone there.

The staff and doctors are very kind. Feels a bit outdated but the service is great. They offer all the preventive services I need for my dog's and cat. They provide a list of doctors available for emergencies as well, since they don't provide that service.
Have been a client for more than 8 yrs and will continue to be just for the kind people that work here.

They are very helpful and informative! My dog couldn't walk very well on his own that day so they helped him get inside the building! And they covered a lot of areas checking to see what was wrong with my fur baby! It was an over all great experience.

My husband had many questions after getting our male cat neutered (at a different place, who NEVER called us back by the way)
He talked to a woman named Shelby twice on this day and she was SO VERY HELPFUL!!
called another vet in Cbus and they wouldn't even HEAR OUT OUR QUESTIONS without making an appt and paying at least $80!.
Thank you so very much,Shelby, for answering our questions and putting our minds at ease, just because YOU COULD! and didn't demand money/appt for our 2-3 questions!!! ?
