My bridge came undone and Dr. Miller glued it back in within minutes. I did not have dental insurance, so I was a self pay. The cost was low to repair at a fair and reasonable fee.

Very pleasant, professional, and efficient new patient reception and initial examination process. I was able to book the appointment for my acute dental issue online to be seen the very next day. I am very pleased so far with how I have been treated.

Took my son in due to his wisdom teeth needing removed, based off a previous visit from aspen. 2 teeth cleanings and a consultation later we was told all 4 wisdom teeth were impacted and sideways and needed removed along with the 2 back molars. Appointment was made with the surgeon, who only comes to the office once a month, and we was told after insurance the $6000 worth of work would cost me roughly $1700:outta pocket. All of which, of course, had to be paid before any services would take place. I got approved for the credit card for the full $1700 worth of work. We get the instructions, no food or drink, etc and go in the morning of surgery, 30 mins early. He goes back alone, of course, because they don't allow parents to be in the rooms and within minutes they call me back to let me know what would be taking place. Now the surgeon, same one from the consultation I will add, claims that he thinks if he pulls the 2 molars like planned that now the top 2 (impacted and sideways wisdom teeth) will be able to grow in. So plan is 2 molars and bottom wisdom. 15 mins later they come get me and tell me they didn't pull any wisdom teeth, just the 2 molars and he will need to go to indy to the surgical center and have his wisdom teeth pulled there. They will call me later after the dr gives his notes for the day. 1 month later I call to inquire as to why we have had no follow up appointment made and why am I still paying on a credit card for all this work that never got done, to be told it still cost the same amount (even tho she already told me the surgical center will bill medical insurance as well due to the extraction needing done there at the surgery center) no one still to this day 2 months later has made a follow appointment to have his wisdom teeth pulled or taking a penny off of my bill. How do u pay ahead for services to include 6 total teeth to be extracted to only get 2 molars pulled and even try to say the price is the same. Beyond irate at this point and am starting to think aspen is nothing but money hungry scam artists. Probably should address my complaint before I take it furtherPeetie Remaly

I wasn't a fan of Aspen when I initially went to my local facility, but the last few times I've gone, I have really loved the staff there...everyone from the receptionist, to the billing dept., to the actual physician have all been much more gentle, thorough with explanations/questions. That means a lot to someone who's been terrified by dental procedures their whole life

Aspen dental is so much more than just a dental practice, they also practice in luring vulnerable people into opening new credit cards. I wish the worst upon your entire office*Edit after response* you folks convinced an individual with learning disabilities to open a credit with 21% APR and put all 5k of the costs on it when she could've paid for your services with cash. Not to mention how redundant the services were--you convinced her to pay for night guards right before selling her invisilines which made the night guards completely redundant. You should be absolutely ashamed of yourselves, I hope your loved ones will be taken advantage of at every opportunity as well!

Everyone is very nice to work with. I appreciated being told what they were going to do before they did it, and for Dr. Miller thoroughly explaining what I needed, why, and how it would be repaired.

Clean, friendly, and fast. Love how it's part of a larger nationwide network, so if I have any issues on vacation somewhere, care can be done.

I had my first visit to Aspen Dental yesterday. I should have taken the reviews seriously, and if I had done so I would never have darkened their doorstep. First the positive. The people were all friendly and professional. Getting the appointment was relatively easy, though I did not know what to expect.I arrived about 15 minutes early for my 3:00pm appointment. At 3:00 I was escorted into the X-ray room where the tech took approximately 20 X-rays. (I didn't count them so it might have been a few more or less.) After the X-rays I was escorted into the exam room where I waited for 35 minutes until the dentist came in to begin the exam. We discussed my issues, two broken teeth, would require extraction and in addition there were two missing teeth that would either get a bridge or implants depending on my budget. In addition, he found several cavities that he said would require filling. After the exam I was taken to see the office manager. She presented me with 2 documents. Each included the total for option 1 and option 2. Option 1 was for the bridge and option 2 was for the implants. The documents were totals only and did not include any detail. I thanked her and head home.Upon reaching home I got my reading glasses and began to review the documents, and upon discovering the lack of detail I phoned the office manager to inquire so I could be sure that everything was covered. I was informed that until I sign the agreement to commence treatment I would not be able to see the detail. I was a little confused so I asked again to be sure I understood. "You mean I cannot know what I am agreeing to until I have signed the document indicating my agreement?" The answer was "Yes." Needless to say, that does not seem right to me. I was not allowed to review all of the items we discussed. It also seems wrong to me that a cleaning would be required before any treatment would begin. Same can be said for the X-rays. Since I had not agreed to service why were X-rays so critical. The bottom line was a cost of over $13,000 for bridge work and over $16,000 for implants. With no way of knowing what other incremental costs would be involved I cannot in good conscience return for any dental work. Caveat Emptor!

I got new dentures at Columbus Indiana in 2019 2 weeks after receiving them they cracked and have done so every year up to this date now Aspen dental wants to charge $181 to fix them obviously it's their fault I will never buy dentures from Aspen dental again and will advertise as such to everyone I know
