I have rented to own from places like Aaron's and rent a center and every experience was terrible. American Rental has provided the absolute best customer service. Anytime we have had an issue they have resolved it and they make you feel like they actually appreciate you as a customer. 10/10 will do business with them again.

I was looking for a lift chair to rent for my mother. They got one in for me, then my brother decided he wanted to buy one. The one he bought just didn't work out, so a month later I came back. They were so kind and went out of their way to find just the right chair for mom! Thank you!

Walked in the door and couldn't receive any customer service besides a hello. I walked around for 5 minutes and then decided to walk out because of the lack of customer support. Was just checking on pricing, but I will gladly spend my money elsewhere.

American rental.. Don't Miss a Payment and You Will be Ok. Communicate With them if you have any issues and they will work you. They have some decent products if you don't want to pay full price right then. Carry coverage on your items incase of any mishaps. I've gotten a couch, bike, and jewelry. Have had to get my electric bike fixed twice now and the insurance covered it. Glad I had it.
