They sold me a car in April and I have had nothing but problems. It has no heat and they have had it 3 times in the shop and still NOT fixed. The company said they have done more than enough for me. Awful place. SOLD A SINGLE MOTHER A LEMON!!!!

We have purchased many vehicles from Acra and will continue to do business with them. They have a wonderful team and Larry our sales guy was phenomenal. We purchased a car for our 16 year old daughter and the car was sold "as is". It started to make a noise a few days later and I asked if they could look at it. They fixed it free of charge which was very appreciated. I would recommend them to anyone!

Bought a vehicle for my wife last week at Acra. We worked with Bob H. and he was very helpful and easy to work with. I was a little disappointed in the business office, however, as the gentleman was misleading regarding some optional coverage. It was never once mentioned that these "perks" for things like door dings were optional and would add nearly $5k onto the sales price of the vehicle. Thankfully, I noticed some figures on one of the many papers we were signing and started asking questions. I can't say that the gentleman was purposefully misleading us, but there were important details omitted that any buyer would want to be aware of. Not sure if the financial rep or Acra receives kickbacks from the local providers included in the extra coverages. It was also at the very end of the business day on a Friday (our fault) so that could account for the rushed process. I would just caution any future buyer to ask questions, especially if any additional "perks" are mentioned.
