This dealer took care of me when I thought all hopes were lost, this is literally the best dealership in the United States. I was thinking worst-case scenario but in the end the owner made it 100% right, going above and beyond anything that I would’ve ever imagined. If you’re gonna purchase a bike you’re risking it if you’re purchasing it from any place else..
10 out of 10 this is my new dealer!

Even though I ended up not buying a bike from them, I was treated very well in my attempt to order a new Yamaha.We agreed to a purchase, for them to order a bike, and I put money down. They attempted to find another dealer either already with the bike, or with one on order, that Track&Trail could work out a deal to send my way.Ultimately they weren't having luck with that, and I found one on another dealer's showroom up in ********. Even though my deposit was "non-refundable," since T&T hadn't actually placed an order yet, they gave me my money back.They'll definitely get more business from me.

Great place to go. Stopped in just to look around and the owner was very nice. Asked if he had a certain bike on order and to my surprise said yes. He gave me plenty of time to think about my decision and didnt pressure me at all. I put a deposit on the bike and the time frame he gave me on when it was supposed to arrive was dead accurate. I didn't expect this at all because I've been screwed by Yamaha dealers before. Owner is there to make money but not screw you over. When my bike arrived he got it prepped and got me in and out quick, didnt mess around. Took my other bike in for service and they did an excellent job. Can't recommend this place enough and will definitely be going back for a R1!

Everyone was "motorcycle knowledgeable", friendly and helpful to the nth extent !! More businesses need to be more like this today . I have been riding for 50 years and very much understand the changes that have occurred since 1973 .

I have been a customer with track & trail for better than 2 years. Today I had a chain and sprocket replacement done, excellent work . It is this same shop that found an intermittent relay problem on my bike over 2 years ago when no other shop could and I been going here every sense. No other shop will ever work on anything of mine other than track and trail. I really wish I could give them 10 stars, oh here are the other 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Owner sold me a defective utv, dented in muffler which caused a bad spark arrestor. Oil leaking due to a bad o ring. Owner is nice until you buy something!!!! Can Am is horrible about compensating a customer!!!

Never have I been made to feel less welcome in an establishment! Don’t bother patronizing unless you fit a specific demographic…Little did they realize they lost an almost sure sale of a new ATV.Maybe don’t treat potential customers like they are burdensome or judged by appearance.Poor salesmanship
