This is my second time buying a car through auto credit. The first time I worked with Jeremy and the second I worked with Jon and Jeremy. I am very happy with the customer service I received. They even stayed over about an hour and a half on a Saturday to make sure I got into a vehicle and was taken care of! The entire time they were very pleasant and both were very helpful. I am glad that I decided to go back to Auto Credit. And honestly you can’t beat the warranty which is another great advantage to getting a car through Auto Credit. I do not even live in Columbia City but it was definitely worth the drive to go to that location for the exceptional service and caring friendly team!! Thank you so much Jeremy and Jon and I am very grateful and happy in my Chrysler Pacifica!

Jeremy went Above & Beyond helping me find the perfect vehicle.
I don't live in Columbia City & he drove 35 minutes to pick me up & bring me to the dealership. He is extremely caring , friendly & knowledgeable. He is passionate about his job & it shows. He also makes a great cup of coffee.

Just over one week of having our vehicle and the transmission blew on our way home from a funeral… You guys assured us the car was in good condition, we hadn’t even had to make our first payment yet and it breaks down? This is simply unacceptable.
