Very nice people, cute neighborhood. Many things to do in this neighborhood. They have a playground, in ground pool and a hall. Lots of ponds for fishing. The area is good for walking around. With more than 50 yrs experience in the manufactured home business, we are the place to come to. We have newly refurbished homes ready to move into or we can order you a new home and set it on a lot. This is a true subdivision where lots are purchased not rented. We also have a Home Owners Association with dues that are less than $20 per month. There is a clubhouse, swimming pool, play ground and over 50 acres of common ground. For the fisherman there are 5 fishing lakes.
