Berry and Brandy are awesome people. They have done transmission work on our 72 chevy Cheyenne 3/4 ton truck and Rebuilt trans and has ran flawless as well as maintained our jeeps. Very polite people and very honest and fair. They have our business and referrals.

After being quoted for transmission replacement by another shop, I took my F-450 to O'Neils. They immediately recognized the issue and started to actually troubleshoot with a pressure meter in-line and truly diagnosing. It ended up being a pressure regulating solenoid and a loose transmission filter. Saved me $7K! Also they were very nice and informative.My only complaint is the key drop does not seem secure. They should please invest in a secure key drop with tags to write the vehicle/owner info down. And at least let the key drop to the floor out of reach.

Very very disappointed! Over a miss communication which was truly tried to be corrected immediately but got the answer machine and left a message I was told I had to pay 50 dollars for parts to be returned! I dont understand how they were ordered when they closed at 11 and they called at 1045am to give the estimate! Lmao Auto zone is 1/4 mile away! I came up with a solution to fix my transmission problem a cheaper way and have them do the labor installing a rebuilt., I was told no by the secretary but the mechanic said he would have done that, when he brought car around from the back and I got to talk to him personally! Maybe husband and wife should not work together. Her attitude lost them 1200.00 .There loss is someone else's gain!

This place is pretty expensive, but was well worth the money I spent. My car may as well have been labelled as scrap metal (transmission was trashed), but O'Neal's got the job done about a week after my car arrived. Now I have my car back and she runs like a dream. The young lady who works the front desk provided me with great service, as well. She was honest and friendly and gave me a realistic quote for the price and how long it would take. Thanks, guys!
