Mike and the techs in the Service Dept. did a wonderful job answering our questions and completing our list of repairs. They were completed in a timely manner and our vehicle was also washed before we picked it up. Thanks guys! We'll be back and we'll let others know about our experience.

Super job by service advisor Michael Conder and his technicians. They went above and beyond on a problem on my 21 traverse. I recommend this service department as the best I have been to!!!

If you’re looking for terrible customer service, over priced vehicles, terrible trade in values, and mechanics unwilling to work with your extended warranties, then this is the place for you! If not, you should go ANYWHERE else! I’d give 0 stars if I could.

I was first to call 9 am Monday. Brya and Taylor said it was available. Taylor did a hard credit pull then never called me back. I had offered a deposit and 5 k down. Told them I had my own financing if they couldn’t get it. Without calling me back or sending me the bill of sale they sold it to a walk in Customer. Taylor wasn’t man enough to call and tell me. Brya the sales lady was useless. Brendan the manager said they put walk in customers ahead of online sales. Don’t ever use their financing or buy there. Unethical sleezy people. Hung up on me when I asked to speak to a manager.

Disappointing experience. We drove 2.5 hours to look at a GMC Terrain at Pilson. Considering we had an appointment, we arrived just to wait on our salesman and barely be acknowledged. The salesman was busy (understandable) but once he got to us, it was like we were a burden and he had zero time for us. We test drove the Terrain and wanted to proceed with trading in our Acadia. Our salesman said the paperwork would take at least a couple of hours, so we could head to our next destination and they would deliver the car a few days later. Long story short, the car delivery was delayed. Eventually, the car was delivered. We were also told we would receive a fuel gift card due to the delayed car delivery. We still have yet to receive the gift card…almost 2 months later. We’ve recently had a question for our salesman and have been trying to reach him via phone and text. Still no response. The pros would be: the very nice gentleman that delivered the car and the car itself has been great.Overall, very disappointing- especially the lack of customer service and communication. Unfortunately, we will not be returning to Pilson.-Sara Cowley

Love this place. Workers are all very nice. It's worth it to pay a little more and be able to trust where your vehicle is being Maintenanced!

Brent was amazing. I bought my first used car from him when I was 19. Over the 20+ years of working in the same town he always asks me how I am doing and make small chat. I can definitely say he truly cares for his clients, we are not just another sale to him.I absolutely love my new car!

If zero stars were an option, I would have chosen that. This is my reason why.. my daughter had shown interest in a vehicle and had been approved for the loan, we went today for her to speak with the sales person to finalize the deal, upon our arrival, he wasn't even sure where the vehicle was although he did say he was aware that she had applied for a loan for this vehicle. Later he tells us, the vehicle had been taken to another one of their dealerships and someone else had taken an interest and he would not know if it was available until late afternoon which I questioned him if they were waiting to see if the second person was approved, he nodded and said well yes. Here's my concern, why did the second person take precedent over the first person, let me add the first person was approved, the second person was waiting for approval for a loan. I will never do business with a company that does business this way. Very unprofessional!

I called the morning of 8/26 to check vehicle availability and was told the unit was available and they would hold until I arrived at 3p. A hour later I received a call from the location which when I answered they hung up. I then called 3 hours later to let them know I was on the way and looking at arriving at 3:30 instead of 3p and the same representative said no problem we will see you then. I work in the auto industry and understand the market and is why I called to verify before making the 3 hour round trip and finding child care. To my surprise once arriving I was greeted by a representative that said we have been trying to get ahold of you that unit sold yesterday with a phone log printed off in hand showing my first called asking for the availability, the 2nd call that they hung up on me, a 3rd call that never shown up on my phone nor any voicemails all before the 4th call I made reconfirming availability before I left to make sure not to waste my day, child care, or gas. I was given supposedly $25 worth of gas bringing my Jeep from 3/8 of a tank to 5/8 which I don’t think is $25 and definitely not what a vehicle that averages 17 miles/gal to travel 150 miles minus the child care or time, but was acted like I should be grateful for this plus again we have call records we tired to call. There was never a voicemail left and again those 2 calls that were made before I called again to confirm availability. I have purchased a new vehicle from the Mattoon location and they were fantastic. I used to live in Charleston and had maintenance done at that Pilson location with nothing but the best service and environment. Unfortunately with the most recent condensing attitude of this location stating multiple times in their apology we did everything we could with never leaving a voicemail makes me question if I could ever do business with or recommend anyone to any Pilson locations going forward. I feel I did much more than the average buyer should have to as I work in the industry and called multiple times in the same day to verify availability to find out this unit was never available and to be talked to like it was my fault and they were helping me out so much by putting in 1/4 of a tank of gas for my time was insulting to say the least.

Service Department is the best. The guys are all very nice and easy to deal with. They contact you to let you know if there is an issue they feel needs addressed instead of just fixing it without your consent.

I have bought a lot of cars in my life… I found this one and it was 4 hours away at Pilson. Rob was my salesman, and there is absolutely no better. There was no pressure at all. He worked with me and my craziness. I had moved, license wasn’t updated, and he waited for me to do all the things and had the car delivered to me. They were fair with my trade in, matched my interest rate with my local bank, so well that I was scared that it was too good to be true. Upon delivery (which the guy who delivered was crazy nice and efficient) I went over the paperwork waiting to find some fee that was snuck in and to my surprise everything was as discussed over the phone. I will do business 1000% again with Pilson. . Give me 6 months and I’ll be in touch, I have a girl turning 16 soon. Thanks to all especially Rob. You all are the poster of what every dealership should be.

I love this service center mainly they communicate with the customer what is going on with your vehicle. A full service even with just an oil change. Its like a vehicle health check. I appreciate that so there are no hidden issues if they come up later down the road. The customer service is A+. Definitely they get my car service.

I had just started a 4 hour road trip home when I immediately lost tire pressure. The closest town was Clinton, IN, so I pulled into the gas station, who had no air. I made the quick decision to go to Pilson Chevy and it was the best decision I made. Not only did they find a screw in my tire, but they removed it and patched it free of charge. I am so grateful for the men who helped me yesterday!

I chose Pilson Chevrolet solely because they had a new Chevy Bolt with the features I wanted on the lot. My salesperson, Jess, was friendly and mostly knowledgeable. I think the entire dealership was a bit hazy on some of the EV details, but they did try hard to answer all my questions. I knocked off one star for a few reason.1. They lowballed me badly on my trade. There was a $3k difference in their first offer and the KBB suggested trade in price. They of course made a bid deal about matching what is was actually worth.2. A big part of buying a new EV from Chevrolet is getting a free home charger installation. From what I can tell this involves the dealership filling out a form and then you get an email about scheduling. I bought the car Saturday 6/3 and didn't receive the email until Wednesday 6/7/.3. The whole third brake light safety program is definitely a way to scam you out of more money, but whatever.I will say that they were very accommodating in getting my wife's signatures since she was unable to to sign paperwork the day of the sale. They were able to send a driver almost 90 minutes to our town to collect signatures. Kudos on that. Overall I can't complain to much and it wasn't a big pain buying a car like I've experienced in the past.

I am from Texas and visiting the area in our RV. We were staying at the Thousand Trails and needed a oil change. I arrived and the service personnel got to work. The crew did a fine job and reported everything that was going on with the vehicle. Good friendly service.
