“This is a great facility. I’ve had two different units for the past two years. I offer - I suspect that a couple of people are living in the storage units because I see the same people there for a very long period of time. This is not a once in a while thing. It’s almost every time I’m there. Overall, it’s a great place and the customer service is fantastic. I’ve called twice and both times, I felt my concerns were addressed promptly.”
