I've purchased 3 Wolfie's from DanLea Farms and was super Happy with them all. Great temperments, so laid back, lived over 10yrs each, My 3rd is now 6His nickname is Stoner, he is so laid back n gentle. Love Wolfies

Updated review:I totally agree with Joe in his review. Good communication at first but none since I asked for my deposit back.We put a deposit down on an Irish Wolfhound puppy only to be told via phone and email on several occasions that they are not expecting any litters even though it was posted on their website that they were. I sent emails, texts and phone calls asking for a refund on my deposit. It has been over a year since I placed my deposit and still no puppy. I felt as if I were owed my deposit back since there was no mention of a non-refundable deposit on their website. Dan agreed to refund my deposit. I sent all the info that he asked for, twice, but still no refund. It’s been a year and a half with no puppy and no refund:-(My advice, if you don’t have your mind set on an Irish Wolfhound and you want a big, good natured, loving dog that comes from a GREAT family that CARES about their puppies and dogs and the families they sell to and that raises their dogs in their home get an ENGLISH MASTIFF from COUNTRY ROYAL MASTIFFS in KY. Check out their Facebook page too. They are hands down the BEST! You won’t be disappointed!!!:-)I have talked with Dan a few times over the phone as well as shared a few emails. Dan has always gotten back with me in a timely manner and has always answered my questions. Seems very genuine, honest, and trustworthy which is hard to find in people this day and age. Looking forward to adding one of DLFarms puppies to my family in the future and will also post updates when we do. Thanks Dan for your help!

Nice people but a bad experience. Sent in $100 deposit for a puppy from "next litter". Nope. Second litter they only got one pup. It's nature, I understand. But then they weren't going to have another litter for some time, so I asked for a refund of my deposit. Promised but never paid despite several follow on phone calls and emails. It all has been very polite but I'm out a hundred bucks, so I'm less inclined to be polite. Send me my money Dan.

Got a Irish wolfhound from them almost 3 years ago. He is an amazing dog! So easy to potty train and such a gentle giant. Amazing breeders!

Never buy an dog from these people, I bought a blue Dane from them several years had to put her down she was so aggressive. Even the trainer con not do anything for her. The I rescued a brindle that came from them, she killed my little terrier mix again had to put her down for aggression. they are just bad breeders.

I have bought 2 Irish Wolfhounds and 1 Great Dane from the owners. What wonderful caring honest people. These are the kind of people who should breed dogs. The dogs have their own bungalow! Its heated,air conditioned, and all dogs have their off ground bed!! The kennels are clean as are the dogs dishes!
Dan and Lea, are the kindest, sweetest people ever. They let you spend time with all the puppies, you get to choose which one you connect with, plus you get to see the parents!!
I will always go back to Danlea Farms for my pups. Most important, never have any of my dogs had any medical problems.

I am picking up my third Great Dane from them today. The first one I had lived to be nearly 13 years old I still have a black male that will be 8 years old in October and haven't had a single major health problem with either one of them. Good quality breeders and very friendly people with reasonable prices for their Danes. Haverford to other people to them as well with the same results.

Wonderful People. HONEST, KIND,CARING....The kennels are clean
Heated and Air Conditioned. Each dog has their own off the ground cot for sleeing. Just great to deal with and buy a puppy from.
