Called to get a new patient appointment for my husband.Explained to Judy, the receptionist, that my husband needs to be seen. She only wanted to take MY info even though I explained that my husband is the person in need.After telling me that no one was accepting new patients except maybe for the nurse practitioner, I reluctantly agreed. (I guess we were just supposed to WAIT to be blessed with an appointment since the office was doing us some kind of favor by doing their job. This was the attitude.)Judy continued to ask for MY personal info. I explained again that this phone call was more about taking care of my husband.She began to get cranky.She said she HAS TO get all this info because the form tells her to.To Be CLEAR…I DO NOT GIVE ViTAL PERSONAL INFORMATION TO ANYONE WITHOUT, at the very least, AN APPOINTMENT on the books.It is irresponsible for a consumer to provide vital info to just anyone who asks.It is also wrong to ask a consumer to give this info to a business that the consumer MAY or MAY NOT choose to hire.I refused to continue answering questions about myself and I told Judy that I would just call some other offices.Her response was “Good. I think you should do that.” ( Weird and rude response.)I’m glad I didn’t waste time and money to potentially hire an office that treats the consumer this way.FIRED before they were everactually HIRED!Thanks for saving us some time and energy, Judy!

Would not recommend, the last two times I’ve tried making an appointment, I’m told “can we call you back a little later, we have to speak with the nurse practitioner and then we can call you back with your appointment”. Both times I did not receive a call back. Then I decide to call back myself getting the same response, Or “our doctor won’t be back until this day”.

I go to Brooke, the Nurse Practitioner, as does my entire family. Brooke is very well versed, listens, and is efficient. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
