Doesn't get the vehicle clean, have been told I have to renew my membership while in line 3 times in only a few months. And waited in line with no cars for over 10 minutes twice now. Kind of defeats the purpose of paying for a membership if the vehicle isn't clean, I'm still waiting in a long line with non members going ahead, and after 2 washes if the vehicle isn't clean, better luck the next time. I do like the staff and location, but i will be looking for a different car wash that's convenient enough to switch.

My truck never seems to be clean when I wash it. Bugsremain on the front of bumper, grill and windshield areas. I know this is a stubborn thing to clean. Bit that's what the carwash is for. I'm considering canceling my membership. Also truck mirrors do not get sprayed at rinsing and soap is left needing to be removed. A remedy would be nice.

most of the vacuums don't work, they tax when other car washes don't, really needs some maintenance. awful

When my membership started, all was good. They sprayed my windows before the auto wash and the after wash vacuums were available. Three months later, they no longer spray my windows, and the vacuums are broken. I canceled my membership and am going to a different car wash now. Very disappointed in Zips.

This location (Clarksville, IN) is often closed during normal business hours. When they are open, the facility doesn't work properly. They have brushes that don't spin, so they just rub along the vehicle, at any given time you can count 30+ spray nozzles that aren't spraying, so you're not getting the product you pay for with the premium wash. And most importantly to me, the vacuums are never functional. If they do have them running, you have to move your car 2-3 times to find even one working vacuum tube with suction. I have called to let their corporate contacts know of the issues, and it never gets fixed. I called to cancel my membership (which they increased the price by 33% with no warning), and they would not refund the charge that was charged the same day.

The worst car wash ever. Did not clean car. Expensive and nothing works. Vacuums, mat cleaners, all broken. AVOID.

Overpriced and the wash is joke.Received 3 month promotional membership for their "top tier" doesn't clean bird droppings, half the time doesn't apply tire shine, and the "dryers" at the end of the line are usually off or not functioning. I canceled the membership long before it expired and was auto charged for another subscription before the billing date, and tried to tell me I couldn't get a refund for the new charge. Will have to escalate with my bank.

The vacuums rarely work. When they do it is 3 or 4 at a time and suction is very low. This location (Lewis and Clark in Clarksville) is often closed all day with now explanation or warning. Cancelled my membership because it is so unreliable. Too many other carwashes to throw my money at them. The wash is decent most, but not all the time. The staff is normally very friendly. They used to spray your vehicle when you came into the wash, but seems that went away with the new manager. I was told 18 months ago they were replacing the equipment in a couple months, but that hasn't happened.

Had a 3 month membership with zips and didn't even use the last month. This place is not managed or operated well. They don't safely space vehicles. They fail to instruct the drivers ahead of you, behind you, or monitor the line to ensure everyone's safety. Instead the young people operating the line don't pay any attention, have their headphones on the whole time, just send your car through and walk away. If you value your vehicle, don't take it here. When an incident happens, such as the driver in front of you braking and causing a collision, they will fail to take responsibility. They might even blame you. Even the police were bewildered why the car wash wouldn't do anything. Then when you open a claim with the other person's insurance, they won't cooperate. The managers won't help you either. Don't take your car here.

I am very disappointed with this place lately. The last 3 times I’ve visited, nothing has worked, half of the squirt features do not work, and my vehicle has not got got clean. In fact, last time I went thru, my vehicle had little greasy black marks all over one side. I had to scrub them all off by hand! And none of the vacuums work! The last 3 times, I tried 4 different vacuums, and none worked! I had to go pay somewhere else to vacuum my car! Very disappointed! This place is going to pot!

The ideal is good but the wash itself does not do a great job. I have a SUV, it doesn’t remove dirt from the back hatch. The other huge issue is with the vacuums. Good luck finding one that actually works. Several other small issues like only one out of the 3 entrances actually works. The staff are helpful and pleasant and that goes a long way in my book. I give the staff a B but the facility itself is a D- .

For a long time, this carwash was great. While they've recently fixed the carwash so the large spinning brushes and most of the soap and water jets now work, for about 5 months not all of them worked. It was extremely frustrating. That said, the vacuums are still mostly broken.I pay for the subscription, and I used to really enjoy stopping by at least 1x/week and making sure my truck looks great for when I show up to my clients' homes, but it's so frustrating knowing I pay for the subscription and the equipment I pay to use is always out of service.I've spoken to management about this face to face, and while I'm sympathetic to the difficulties of finding qualified technicians to fix your stuff, at the same time, you need a regular maintenance schedule, if you have parts breaking consistently due to wear and tear, then incorporate their replacement into the regularly scheduled maintenance. If the equipment is past it's service life, then replace it and get back to being a great carwash.

The employees don’t pre-spray your car anymore. Out of 3 kiosks to get in frequently only 1 is open so if you’re a member, you may get stuck behind a non-member which takes forever. Of ten the towels are not set out by the vacuums.

This place used to be good. I even bought a membership since they raised the prices it was a better deal. It's been going downhill, though. The vacuums barely have suction. The members line is the slowest because their machine hardly ever works. Therefore, the 1st car gets stuck and the line backs up. Today I was 2nd in the membership but say there for 10 minutes as four or five cars went through the regular line. Two different employees came out and went back in but were not successful getting it to work. It's ridiculous. I'm going to look for a different car wash and get a membership elsewhere!!I'm still using thus car wash but half the time it is closed.. vacuums still don't workServices: Vacuuming

Hard to ever get my car washed during operating hours. It is always closed. I pay monthly and we thought we could use it conveniently.
