I had a daith piercing done by Courtney in February. Uncomfortable but not painful like I was expecting that type of piercing to be. Not at sore afterwards and has healed wonderfully. Highly recommend!

I originally came here to get a snug piercing. The snug was on the price menu and piercing list so I came in confident that i’d leave with it done. I was wrong. The receptionist told me that their piercer did not know how to do a snug and that they could do another piercing for me. I ended up getting my conch pierced while a friend of mine got her daith done.
We both felt unwelcome in the shop. The piercer seemed very rushed and did not clean our piercing site after the actual needle went through and the jewelry was in. She handed me a dry paper towel (in case it bled) and sent me on my way. Once I got home, there was dried up blood crusted on my fresh piercing. Not only did we feel like we were being rushed, but I also overheard the person at the front desk complaining about how many people were waiting to get a piercing. There were only three people in line.

Went to get my 2nd lobe piercings and my nose ring swapped out. Courtney was awesome, very gentle and just a sweetheart all the way around. I failed to get the counter chicks name, but she was very knowledgeable as well. Plus the prices are great!

Came over to check out to see if they can laser remove some tattoos that I had but this company does not do tattoo removal

Paid for a had my 1st of several sessions to remove a tattoo. Scheduled and waited the Required 8 weeks, drove 40 minutes one way to receive a phone call as I was parking my car to tell me that I would need to reschedule my appointment.
Mindful that my appointment was scheduled out 8 weeks and confirmed prior to the date and NOBODY cared enough to notify me and NOBODY cared enough to keep my business to even attempt to call me or offer a discount for my wasted time and gas.
Also keeping in mind how clearly they advertise about losing my money for failure to keep my Scheduled appointment but obviously they could care less about keeping their obligation(s) to a loyal customer willing to drive 40 minutes and leave work early.

I got my conch & midway pierced by Karisa a few weeks ago! Both are starting to make progress in the healing journey. I’ve had several piercings in the past but Karisa went over everything again & taught me new stuff about how to take care of my piercings. She was super knowledgeable in it all which helped me relax! I really liked the prices of each piercing being listed on the website (not many places have that) so it was nice! And I was able to call ahead to check that a walk-in was fine! Everyone was so nice & the healing process has went well so far! I’m happy with them :)
